The area is really nice with all the greeneries

The privacy. Hotel staff helped us eventhough it is a privately owned unit. Clean unit. Easy self check in.

The unit is scarce of facilities. It is basically a unit with kitchen, so it should be reasonably equipped with basic amenities like plates, spoon, fork, knife, plus a small stove or microwave perhaps. No complimentary water bottles and no basic toiletries except for half filled cheap soap bottle. Even cheap motel will provide some packet shampoo and small bar soap. The owner is stating on penalty charge on every 30 minutes delay for check out. But like most unit owners here in Malaysia, they will always update you for check in procedure much later than your supposedly 3pm check in time. A pretext under safety procedure konon. They have to learn like oversea operators who will always be respectful of the timing and provide you with the details at least 1hr in advance.
