We had a double queen on the top floor with a view of the water. We stayed one night before boarding a cruise ship. The hotel location was just minutes away from the Royal Caribbean pier.

Excellent location. Well maintained property. Veru busy reception - not the best of service, They sprung up a destination fee at the time of checkin. It came as a surprize. It should be described as part of the cost.

The water stations on most floors were out of service which was a huge inconvenience. The ice stations were also out of service. Also, the cost of room service for the food that was available was very overpriced. For these reasons, we would look for another option to stay at on our next trip to the area.

Room didn't live up to description and was on a way lower floor than expected for what I paid for. Towels were very scratchy. And people were outside screaming till 1am.

We were there evacuating from Hurricane Milton—so definitely unplanned. We found the dinner menu in the one and only restaurant to be very limited, overpriced, and the portions pathetically small. While we were pleased to obtain a last minute reservation in a beautiful property, we were shocked at the number of dogs accompanying other guests. Yes, I'm sure that many of them were evacuating also. However, we saw a dog IN THE RESTAURANT, and had to share very limited elevator space with animals as well as people. This was compounded by the fact that for most of our stay, 3 of the 6 elevators were out of service. NOT what I expect from Marriott.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Urine covering the toilet and stains on the duvet. No accommodations were made other than to have someone come and clean the room (at 11pm).

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Miami cruise port. When we walked in it smelled amazing. Beautiful lobby and our rooms were modern and very clean. We had a bay view room which is so close to the port that I just watched our cruise ship dock.
We ate at their restaurant last night, it was a little pricey but the food was great and our waiter Olbert was wonderful!
Our family had 3 rooms and even they agreed the rooms are amazing.

18th floor double room was nice and felt surprisingly spacious with a lovely little balcony that was accessible
The shower was great because the water was wonderfully hot and the extra shower head made for an amazing experience however I suggest long pajamas because the sheets are scratchy - perhaps the thread count is too low
The hotel smelled fresh and the staff were friendly
Would stay at this location again if I ever find myself in Miami again 😊

Great location for the Arts and Entertainment district. We stayed on the 28 floor with a balcony, Wow! what a view. Parking is a bummer but that is for everywhere in Miami. Loop tram and the trolly is right out the door (almost). Great for museums, we took the loop to Hells Kitchen. Great Getaway!

I really enjoyed my stay here. My family and I stayed the night before our cruise and it was an awesome experience. It’s about 5 mins from Bayside Marketplace and we really enjoyed the hospitality from the door to the room services.
