A+ service all around! From the moment we walked in all the way up until checkout, they made us feel right at home. Just a few issues that seem normal for a slightly older bathroom/building, but the staff was eager to help us get those fixed.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, meticulously appointed, and very clean. Breakfasts were delicious. The lovely wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic and made the start of every day very special for everyone in the dining room. The hotel's entire staff was incredibly friendly, diligent, professional - always cheerful and there for your every need. We could not have had a more pleasurable experience. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at The Chesterfield Mayfair. We will definitely be back!

THIS HOTEL IS A HIDDEN GEM. Entire staff was excellent. Kudos to the Jake, the Head Concierge & the rest of his compatriots: Darren, Mustafa,
Jozeph, Jade, Laris and Sam. There was nothing that they could not or would not do, i.e., walking with us to local restaurants, going around the block to hail a cab for us, taking the time to chat with us. They made is feel like old friends rather than hotel guests. Also kudos for another Jade, in the dining room. She was always happy and pleasant no matter how busy she was. Again, she made us feel like family rather than guests. WE WILL BE BACK. Cheers, Max

Liked the warm welcome we received upon arrival and the friendly, professional, service from all of the hotel team! We upgraded our initial suite to another more spacious suite,and it was a smooth transition.to a room as lovely as the one we left. We love the traditional decor and the intimacy of the lounge and restaurant, with impeccable service and surroundings.Meals were delicious as were bar appetizers and drinks. Attentive, professional staff, with impeccable manners and caring attitude. Will return to The Chesterfield Mayfair on our next trip to London! We highly recommend it!

Wonderful hotel in the middle of Mayfair. We had a great week staying here. The room was spacious and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The area was full of restaurants and easily walkable to shopping and sites. We loved the hotel bar and live music in the evenings and the staff was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was kind. They also let us stay and have drinks after the bar had technically closed, which was nice one evening!

Everything about this property just works to the highest of standards … to the point that I am reluctant to post this review in case I am unable to secure rooms for my next visit !

In a word: Exceptional. From the moment we arrived, until our departure we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the lounge for cocktails, breakfast and fine dining in the restaurant, Butlers. Staff are true professionals, and project enjoyment in service to each guest. This will be the hotel we think of first when we return to London.

Comfortable quiet hotel. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room. Bed was really nice annd comfortable. Only criticism- shower was very small. Tight fit.

We were attending the BST Hyde Park so this was a great location . Nice little hotel. Lovely bar . Restaurant looked nice but we didnt try it. Room was nice , very comfortable..bathroom little tatty in small places but not an issue. Only small gripe we had was that they checked my phone number to call when the room was ready , took the correct one , but then rang the wrong one which meant we were sat around for an hour or so (actually in front of the reception desk for some of it ), waiting for the call which was a little annoying. But would stay here again and recommend

Very quaint older hotel with fun decor quirks. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit on the small size (Classic double) so keep that in mind when you are choosing a room. Bathrooms have nice upgraded features. Put four star mainly for food options the hotel offers are over priced for what they are.

We highly, highly recommend the Chesterfield Mayfair to any London visitors. The hotel staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are quaint and well-appointed with all that you might need for a weeklong stay. We came for sightseeing and Wimbledon. I was so touched to find some Wimbledon-themed gifts and cupcakes for US Independence Day amongst the treats awaiting us in our room each night. This kind of service is what makes the Chesterfield Mayfair stand out from another “luxury” hotel brand.

We loved our stay here! They provided early check in (always a plus after a long night of travel) and the staff was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean, and the surrounding area was great. Our only gripe was the water in the tub and sink didn’t drain well! But definitely recommend this hotel.

Had tried to politely request early check-in and had to wait until exactly 3pm. Just have a hard time believing there wasn’t a single room available in the hotel that could’ve been available ahead of check-in time.

We stayed 4 nights at The Chesterfield Mayfair. Staff was wonderful. Very comfortable bed! Wonderful towels in bathroom, nice coffee and tea in room. Overall lovely place. Great bar for drinks after a long day. Restaurants in hotel were wonderful.The area is excellent. First time to London. I made the right choice. Easy to get around. Mayfair is a wonderful area. Close to Buckingham Palace. An easy walk.

Truly an old English charm from a bygone area. All staff were very cordial and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but in an outstanding neighborhood.
Could not get a seat in bar last night of stay because of being packed and ordered room service which was prompt and burger excellent

Fantastic property, exceptional staff and service! Center of Mayfair at an amazing value. Walk to everything. Quintessentially British. May be a little too conservative and "dark wood" Edwardian theme for some, but if you are looking for a truly "British" cultural and service stay, this is THE place. We have discovered our new place to stay when visiting London!
