Love the service and the atmosphere of the hotel

Extremely high quality hotel. We felt like royalties when we interacted with the staff. Very upperclass everything. The only thing that didn't work for us is the prices for breakfast and snacks in the hotel)

The stay at Steinberger was incredible. Beautiful room, wonderful staff and then even gave a little welcome gift to our baby. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was ok. Also, it advertised that it had a spa which includes hot tubs and pool. The pool was working but the other parts of the spa is being renovated until September. If I knew that ahead of time the I may have choose a different place to stay.

Walkable to museums only 9 minutes. Not Too crowded as the city centre

It is an old hotel but nicely remodeled. Good options for breakfast and functional gym. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the influx of guests (our room has not been serviced daily) and the internet connection quality was indescribably bad. If you plan to take work meetings, it is just not possible from the hotel.

The Steigenberger is absolutely beautiful and in a great and very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the service is superb! Brussels is an enchanting and must-see city!

Would rate 5 Stars if it wasn't for a Muscle Bodyguard in the hotel lobby who wouldn't let hotel guests use the bathroom because there was a Private event going on in one of the hotel conference rooms (aparently with some untouchables). Even a family with kids was turned away, and this is a luxury hotel, loathsome.

The room is big for European standards. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed linen and bath towels are clean and no smell of cigarette or chemicals. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel staff are also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a Vietnamese, a Korean and a Thai restaurant near the hotel within 5 minutes walk if you enjoy Asian food. A small grocery store and a “Paul” bakery also within 3 minutes walk. A bus stop is right in front, we need to take the bus to get off the next stop to catch the metro, or you can walk 15 minutes to the metro station.

It was nice stay

Beautiful hotel. Very stylish. Excellent staff relations. Concierge excellent. Rooms large and well stocked. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious BUT NO HOT WATER!!! Complained and someone came up to investigate - we ran a tap and shower for 30 minutes and still no heat in the water. Sorted for the following day but expected more from a hotel of this size and quality (also expensive). Surely a small token could have been offered - free drink? free breakfast or similar? Not offered at any time. Lovely bar area. Attended a large event. Service very poor in the dining room - very slow although food good.

While we enjoyed our stay, the room was not cleaned either night. We had to wait an hour after a long day of sightseeing. They never delivered the pillows we wanted and never came to fix a lamp that wasn’t working.

The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, allowing us to see two rooms before deciding which room was best suited to my son's accessibility needs as he uses a wheelchair. If you are looking for an accessible room, the deluxe room has an accessible bathroom. The breakfast offered such a huge choice of options suiting every taste and everything was delicious and fresh. The hotel and room were spotless and there were lovely touches such as the chocolate on the pillow each night. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel was deifinitely the friendly and professional staff team.

I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. Pictures shown of suites is not the same as you get. JR suites dont have 2 beds but 1 Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. We asked for A 2nd matress for the sofa bed to be comfortable.

The staff was super nice and helpful, for european standards the room was gigantic. Very clean, free waters in room and throughout property, breakfast was awesome, pretty good location. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a really nice hotel. However, the temperature control in the room was very problematic. The room was very hot and when we called the reception, the option we were given was to have a small fan or open the windows. These options did not seem to work, and the room was extremely hot Making a difficult difficult to sleep and rest.

Property was excellent

In general, in Europe big cities, you can not get the experience what you have paid for. Demanding like luxury hotel, service like budget hotel. The hotels run with quite less staff than it should be in big buildings. They try to save from expensive staff. This is a huge place which result wth hygiene problems. Dirt and smell. Rooms with outdated full carpets, with dust and dirt. Bath needs to washed away with water, each time, without water, wiping distributes the remainings around the toilet floor to a larger area. The guest profile, mostly middle east which use heavily the facilty and big groups from far east. This is the way to keep the occupancy. I would recomend to look for a boutique place rather than star rating, because this place is 3 star hotel in 5 star building.

Everything was perfect Only downside was being a 5 star property they don’t own their swimming pool They are doing partnership with some private club and that is only for adults. Including me I saw many people with families in the hotel and for kids a pool is a must. Other than that every one was super kind and lovely and helpful
