Convienient location and ease of parking with valet..Service was good, beds clean and comfortable.

My daughter and I flew in for a concert and then walked around the Pier area the next day. The hotel was perfect and safe. They kept our luggage safe for us the next day. It was a great stay.

I booked this room for my daughters anniversary. From the time I arrived I was approached with such great manners from the valley parking attendance and then following the front desk for check in. I was also able to get early check-in which made it very convenient for me to set up For my daughters special day. My daughter also states that she had the best service experience being her first time staying in a hotel in San Francisco. Thank you to all the staff at The Zoe Hotel you guise were AMAZING and The Hotel was FABULOS AND SUPER CLEAN. Last but not least the restaurant Pescatore Trattoria was so convenient to make reservation's and was delicious! We will use this Hotel in the future again!

Hotel Zoe was the perfect selection for our time in San Francisco. It allowed easy access to all the atttactions we wanted to see. We were very happy with the room other than the lining of the shower was not cleaned properly. The room still allowed us to feel like we were at home during our stay. A little disappointed with the view as well; since I do believe I paid extra for a view setting. We only had a tree to look at. Literally a tree covered our window. All in all we were pleased.

If you prefer the quiet, intimate type of setting this hotel fits the bill. Walking distance to the wharf and other amenities. I will keep it in mind for any future trips.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Zoe and the location is amazing. It's only 2 blocks from the waterfront and Fisherman's Wharf and there are enough tourists around that the immediate surroundings feel safe, but far enough back from the large crowds. My room was on the first floor and located not too far from the conference rooms, so I was concerned about noise, but I never noticed any extra noise throughout my stay. My one disappointment was that my window looked out at a very narrow and ugly outdoor corridor with an air conditioning unit, but the location made up for the lack of a view. The room itself was in excellent condition and everything felt new and clean. I'm not a fan of the hotel's extra fees that it charges on top of the Expedia rate, but these were disclosed before booking, and the $15 a day discount (that you're essentially paying for through the fees) for the onsite restaurant, but the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. I can't justify giving the hotel any less than 5 stars in any category, as it was excellent value for the price and fit all of my needs for my stay.

Small older hotel that has been rennovated. Rooms are very small, but very clean. Bathroom is very spacious and extremely clean. No microwave. We stayed in a room facing street, and you can hear people fighting.

Hotel in good location close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Has an Italian style bistro attached which was extremely convenient for breakfast and all day menus looked good. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Plenty of tourist services nearby.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. It's walkable all along Pier 39 and the even have bikes you could borrow to ride to the Golden Gate Bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Solo traveller; safe area, walkable, close to all public transit. Hotel was super clean and staff were extremely nice! My only negative was that there was no fridge in the room.

I loved having a separate sitting room, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly. The room isn't situated for two large suitcases and was a little cramped. The shower is a little small with no foot hold for shaving legs but it was nice.

Great distance to fishermen’s wharf. Bicycles were available to use just wish we had more time to take advantage of them.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Fisherman’s Wharf area. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. There is a resort fee payable at the property which I was aware of in advance. This was not fully explained at check in though; ie you are entitled to 15USD credit at the adjoining restaurant per day. I only discovered this when checking out and receiving my invoice. Had this been fully explained, I would have used this instead of spending money elsewhere.

The location was within walking distance to Pier 39 and close to Fisherman's Wharf. A good location to see many of the sites of San Francisco. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

You get charged for amenities eventhough you don’t use them. Parking is an extra charge.

Accessible and nice people

We received a bottle of wine in our room. Only problem was the staff didn’t tell,us it was complimentary until our 2nd visit. We didn’t touch the wine on first trip. There were snacks and beverages available but a price list as well. On 2nd visit, desk clerk said she would have complimentary wine delivered to our room.

It was a great stay.
