Wry nice hotel, the pool was great for the kids! Not too far from the center by train or taxi.

Beautiful lobby and even more breathtaking river view and pool area out back. Concert was in town so they were extremely busy, but the staff remained calm and got us all squared away. I was especially impressed with Dominick at the front desk watching him switch back and forth from English to Deutsch every other guest and remained patient with a lot going on. Location is perfect for the river or concert/sporting venue. Everything else is a ways away but there is a subway station nearby.

Riverside location was peaceful and transportation to attractions was easy. Restaurant was good, but it would have been nice to have some other nearby options.

Restaurant was pretty good, we had dinner and breakfast, which helps a lot when you travel with kids.

The must horrible experience I have been gone, this place the air condition didn’t work correctly and also the shower gel was empty the two days always also for check in you need wait three hours after the check in time

Car parking is expensive -26euro- and not a closed area. Also, it is not easy to carry staff to the room.

The hotel rooms have been recently refurbished and are very comfortable. Our room whilst non smoking had been used at some point as a smoking room and always had a bit of a stench which is unfortunate. I would also try and ensure you get a room facing the Danube as the road side view is not great. However the rest of the hotel is a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was bordering on shambolic with many common/ordinary items being rationed or cleaned down early for staff convenience. This seemed to bring out a mad rush to get food even at 8am - they don’t seem to like refilling the one juice available. Outdoor Pool is nice but a little small for a hotel of its size so it was fairly busy. I would say that staff were very pleasant on arrival but thereafter uninterested particularly at check-out. I think this is a distinctly average hotel which is slightly out of town and I would have expected more from it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent when we ate there for breakfast and dinner.

I have traveled extensively around the world, staying in hotels across various countries including the north amer, south east asia, Egypt, Emirates, Germany, Austria, France, England, Italy, and Greece. My stays are typically in establishments rated 8 and above, or 4 stars and above, ensuring high standards of service and comfort. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront was by far the worst I have encountered in this category. Main Complaints: 1. Unresponsive Service: Despite several attempts to reach the front desk and guest services, no one answered the phone calls. It was frustrating not to have access to basic guest support during our stay. 2. Lack of Hospitality: The staff at the hotel were neither hospitable nor welcoming. There was a noticeable absence of smiles and warmth, which are fundamental to a positive guest experience. 3. No Assistance with Luggage: Upon arrival, there was no bellboy available or willing to help with our luggage. This lack of service was highly disappointing, especially from a hotel with such a rating. 4. Poor Housekeeping: The housekeeping service was extremely subpar. The room was dirty and filthy, and essential items like toilet paper were missing. It was clear that the cleaning standards were not up to par, which significantly affected the comfort of our stay. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would, as it didn’t even meet the basic expectations of a one-star hotel, let alone a four-star hotel.

Very friendly staff - especially Nadine who was very kind helped us to extend our stay . Excellent beds , location on the riverside ( quiet and private but 5 min walking distance to the underground and then 10 min to centre of Vienna . Did not like that the pool was not heated , very few options to choose from at the restaurant which were very expensive.

The staff did their job, nothing more nothing less. The breakfast was average and the hotel had seen its better days. The price didn’t match the experience.

Air conditioning wasn’t working. We told them many times but no one come to fix it. My wife got bug beds type of marks on her body.

Not enough help working at front desk or at bar/ restaurant so very slow service and employees were not very friendly
