The first room they gave us was dirty and the beds where unmade.. trash on the floor
Talked to receptionist and she gave us another room that’s was clean
When checking in they usually charge a deposit … when I checked to see my bank account they had charged the room fee again….
Talked to the receptionist and had to show proof I had paid the room..
Hopefully it’s all cleared with the bank .. lol
Other than that everything was good..

Very nice location to basketball arena, transportation was very good and you can walk anywhere downtown and the weather wasnice and hot, the hotel room was clean,bathrooms beautiful bed extra comfortable

Not to our liking the toliet was not clean they did noʻt change our sheets out everday and the towels we're not soft at all and they just did not have a good clean smell the hand towels towels and wash cloths as well and you need to buy brand new pillows cause they smell bad

We came for business and a few baseball games, nice restaurants, valet was courteous and prompt. Lovely hotel overall but the pool was dirty.

Check is guaranteed to be 4 pm. We couldn’t get our room till 4:30pm. We were there from 2 pm .

This place in Phoenix needs a new pastry chef. We had desserts a couple of times, and they were not good. If you put a pastry disk on top of a pudding, you should be able to put your fork through it. If you get a pastry disk with canned peaches on it, it should be fresh.
Introduce better desserts with a new pastry chef.

It was in a great location within walking distance of chase field footprint center and arizona financial theater....downfall pool are was small

We arrived to a very friendly welcome. Our changed reservation was quickly sorted out. Our room was very nice and we appreciated the two small complimentsry bottles of water. The shower was great.

This hotel charges $15 to use wifi. Free if you are a Bonvoy Marriott member who booked direct. Well I am but since I booked thru Hotels.com, I can't use the wifi. A little thing but kind of ridiculous based on the amount we paid for the night. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly located for our needs (Footprint Center).

Parking close by is horrible. Initially parked at a garage that did not mention anywhere on the site there is no overnight parking. Only realized it after entering the garage and said no overnight parking on the ticket. Was charged 20$ for sitting in the lot for 10 minutes figuring out where else to park. Just go with the valet parking.

This hotel was very nice. We would stay here again. The biggest wow factor is how convenient it is to chase field and the suns arena. There are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel didn’t wow us. But there wasn’t anything to criticize about the property

Need a lower setting for the A/C blowers in the room. How about a whisper setting? Too noisy running all the time.

The Renaissance Hotel is a couple of blocks to Footprint Center in Downtown Phoenix where we saw The Eagles perform. An easy walk. Several restaurants are also close by. Our room was clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only option is Valet Parking and staff made it easy to use our car 24/7. A Starbucks and cocktail lounge in the lobby. Highly recommend.
