Great hotel, suites are roomy, very comfortable, and close to amenities

The room was very nice. Large and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The food from the restaurant in the hotel was delicious! I wanted to stay another night just to experience the food. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the wait staff, everyone was friendly and kind. Special shout out to Lawrence, Judy, and Abdul. Everyone was great though!

The hotel is in a very good location for getting around Vienna. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. We were very disappointed by the way the hotel handle the Taylor Swift concert cancellations. It seemed that more than half of the guests were there to see the concert, yet nothing was done to try to make the situation a little better. Many of the restaurants, shops and museums offered discounts and free things to the extremely disappointed concert goers and the Hilton did nothing. Most of these guest wouldn’t have been there is they hadn’t be going to the concerts. August is a low tourist month for Vienna. Yet the hotel was happy to take the money without even acknowledging that this had happened. I think it’s very poor customer service.

Can’t go wrong with Hilton. Very clean and plenty options of breakfast buffet. accommodating attentive stuff, everything is efficient.

Shouldn’t be able to advertise that they have air conditioning. Could barely sleep!

Reception scammed us into paying 20 euros per night extra for marginally bigger room that would have only cost $10 if we booked in advance. If the larger room was available in the near-empty hotel it should have just been offered. Will never stay at Hilton again

Not a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness is lacking, staff services is lacking and the hotel AC does not work. Do not stay

Construction work, which involved a lot of concrete drilling, was taking place in the hotel during our stay. We were not notified of this, and it ruined two out of three nights - including the crucial night before departure. The drilling should have been scheduled for later in the day; at the earliest starting around check-out time. I'd understand if this was a neighbouring place, but this was *in the hotel* and entirely under the hotel's jurisdiction and control. Do better.

Nicely designed and comfortable rooms. Good location. Average breakfast at most considering the price level. Messy breakfast area that looked like a conference room, very uncozy. Sketchy door/entrance staff in the lobby.

Courteous staff. Our check-in was very smooth, Thanks to Marija. Great location. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall is fantastic. Staff at the front desc don’t know wafts going on. They like lost over in the environment. I had to ask to change room due to ac not working progeny could not sleep well. The other thing is they bother you every day by closing your room and not letting you in the room every day Eventhough the hotel has been paid in full credit card has been provided. One of the clerk had guts to tell me the clients seem to leave without paying. Gosh If you want to fuk up your stay definitely book this hotel.

Nice property

They didn't have the room i booked ready, and blamed on Expedia for not reserving the needed room. i had to go back on the next day, and luckily i got that wanted room. but these things should not happen in a hotel of this cathegory!!
