The room was not clean-Sheets and pillows were stained. No trash cans, bathtub stained brown. I would have complained,but I was sure the entire place was the same. Slept on top of the bedcovers, and left at 5AM. At age 78, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this one was the worst. It should be condemned by the health dept.

Good comfortable stay

DO NOT waste your time or money. The room was TERRIBLE. I immediately went down stairs and got my money back. There was actually a pit bull chained up in front of one of the rooms, and flies everywhere..!

Awful! lights didn't work in room, light bulbs and or light shades missing on lamps, flies all over inside the room, smelled terrible, rips and big holes in upholstery of chair.tv didn't work. Homeless people all over property and dumpsters, trash all over the grounds and parking area, rundown and unkept inside and out. Immediately went in and asked for a refund.

Room was completely destroyed holes in the walls, dirty writing all over the door. We did not stay we went back to front desk to get a refund and booked at another place. As we were canceling another couple, walked in and canceled their reservations as well she said her room was dirty and full of cockroaches. Do not spend your money or time trying to book here.

We did not stay we went from the room back to the front desk to get a refund. There is trash overflowing the bins outside. The stairs and porches are grimy. The room had graffiti on the lamp shade, holes in the drywall and no towels or washcloths, one pillow per bed.

My room wasn’t clean well..one of the beds had crumbs under the sheets. Leftovers vet food in fridge. Close in 3 of the drawers. Tub fills up while showering.

Very dirty both inside and outside of room. There was a used condom on ground outside of room door, toilet did not flush and there was poop in toilet, bed was not done and sheets were not changed, roaches everywhere and room smelled like smoke badly.

There were drug dealers. The property is filthy. Do not stay there. We felt very unsafe and found another hotel to stay in.

Well I have always had a great experience with Wyndham so I booked it. Little did I know it was cockroach, drug dealing hotel. As soon as I walked in I smelt cigarette smoke. Lights did not turn on, bathroom was in horrible shape. Hole in shower, toilet lid missing and cigarette burnt spots all over the place. Fridge was broken and when opened smelt as if had been broken for a while. So, I decided well it’s late at least I can stay one night, nope layed down and bed bugs came out of the pillow. Got up and left! You definitely need to take this hotel off your site. I have never ever seen such an horrible hotel.

First room so bad with filth, broken window, slept in bed, asked for new room. New room smell was unbearable. Lights didn’t work. Dirtiest furnature I have ever seen. Didn’t want to touch anything. Our air conditioning didn't work TV had no batteries once I received batteries for it remote wasn't linked to tv. 2 light fixtures one that didn't work at all and the other that the light bulb went out. Did not receive room service at all in the 3 day stay. Worst experience weve had.

The hotel should be shut down. I reserved a room with 2 beds they couldn't accommodate because they were not sure it was clean. They gave me a room with a king size bed room had holes on the wall cockroaches crawling everywhere and room smelled like cigarette. Also the next door room had visitor's all night like if they were dealing drugs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE.

Very dirty, pictures from property did not look anything like the hotel, swimming pool was close had trash all over. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone one.

When we arrived our room was in a very dirty and destroyed state. The staff was very friendly but there were people around the hotel that made you feel in danger

Holes in the walls, large hole punched through the door, room and bathroom were filthy (we couldn’t shower and didn’t want to use the toilet), the entire property is run down and damaged.

It was very dirty and in horrible conditions. The sink water wouldnt drain properly, bed sheets were dirty, no trashcan in niether the restroom or bedroom. No tv service, no wifi, and staff was not able to help us with anything even though we had asked for aid with all these things being didnt accomidate.

The wifi is no good! U have to go outside for it to work! The toilet barely worked! The sink was clogged! And there is cockroachs coming from the black thing on the wall where the TV was!

Very dirty, noisy all night

It was horrible.The first room smell like cigarettes And dirty walking up the stairs, trash cans were filthy. Full of trash trash on the ground trash on the stairs. They moved me to a second room little bit more decent, but the mirror had body fluids on it and the sheets we're dirty. I packed up my bags and ask for a refund. And left the property

The check-in process is very easy and customer service representative was extremely nice. Having said that that was the best part of the whole stay. The pool was not operational that was one of the main things I wanted and it did not say that the pool was out of order when I booked the room or I would not have booked it. The toilet wouldn't flush had to go get maintenance to come and do that. The room we found a bowl behind a table in the room that had Lord knows what in it. I took it to the customer service and they didn't even know what it was. Also it's extremely important to note that this area of town or evidently this hotel is frequented by drug users and alcoholics and homeless people. So I will caution anyone to not to stay here.

Upon arrival the trash near the door smelt terrible. Hard time with the door. Pillows on the bed were dirty. Bugs in the room. Walls were patched up. Only 1 towel in the restroom and the vent would not rurn off. Asked for a refund.

Staff over booked the king size bed rooms. The room had no trash cans. The room was dirty. I called several times to ask about the pool and make sure it was open, which they said it was but once we arrived the pool had been closed for quite some time

Before I tried to book the room, I called to ask a few questions, not having a working pool was a disappointment, but I think the answer about the internet was a misunderstanding I was told"It's a concrete building and the signal comes from the roof",I thought it meant the internet was solid.My wife has to work with a semi decent internet connection,I wanted a pool so I kept calling around til I decided a pool wasn't important as getting in a room out of the heat.So I booked through Expedia but upon our arrival we couldn't be checked in cause there internet was down and had no timeframe of when they would have it back, we them had to find other accomodations which we did ,I guess I should of gone about making sure my reservation was cancelled,but last night got a notice of a failed payment and an inquiry of how my stay was going. ,now it stated it could be fully refunded and now got to figure out how to just drop the issue cause I was never charged for it.....
