Do not book here. Even if its cheap. Everything was dirty. Towels, bed linens, there were a lot of bugs and it smells like cigarettes. Basically a crackhouse.

Facility actually run down and not as presented on hotel.com site Even tv wasn’t working nor the toilet in good working condition . Could t use as the water was an issue. Supplied Towels for bathroom were dirty and Fridge was quite dirty with food smear all over inside the fridge

There was homless shopping carts behind the hotel where you park. The bathroom door was kicked in. The room had an over all dirty feeling.

Very very dirty and unsanitary. The room smelled like weed and the toilet had feces that wouldn’t flush because the toilet was broke .

There was a fist size hole in the wall. The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures or rooms shown on advertising. The building was completely dirty and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The bed sheeets were very dirty.

No tv. No coffee maker. NO PHONE. The drawers had Walmart bags for handles. Water went through shower curtain out on the floor and since the floor was slanted, the water ran out into the room. We were a group of 4 and there was only 1towel in the bathroom. The dead bolt lock DID NOT LOCK.
This was the 2nd room we were put in.
The first room had no running water I the commode because the tank was busted.
Worst motel we have ever stayed in.

Broken bathroom door, no toilet paper ( asked for some and was handed a 1/2 roll), no garbage can, no shampoo, only 1 towel for double occupancy, smelled like cat urine ( had to go to Wal-Mart and get fabreeze to spray beds and room. Sanitary wipes to clean sticky surfaces, heater didn't work, no blanket on my bed, holds in walls, terribly pealed paint around door, and very poor service from the staff. 5 hours to get towels and garbage can. And to top offit all of couldn't take a damn shower because the hot water didnt work in the shower. TERRIBLE CRAP HOLE! Look for the pictures on line with a terrible review!

The room was incredibly dirty, the locking latch on the door was missing. The toilet didn't even work, as if the chain wasn't hooked up to the plunger. A roll of toilet paper was left out on the entertainment center. The lighting was dark and uninviting.

Door handle loose would not open door, toilet wouldn't flush couldn't figure out how to turn on lights. TV did not work and bed sheets were dirty and heater did not work

The lights in the room were flickering. Water was running. (Understandable cold weather) no hot water. Heater was not working properly. Pictures of room online was not the same as the room

This is where we stay whenever we come to Lubbock. Yes it is a lower rate hotel. However, it was still very nice. I do wish there was more choices at breakfast. The hotel staff is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was the perfect temperature.

Dirty, smelly, switched rooms first had mold!

The first room we were given already had someone in it. The second room we were given was dirty, nasty pee in the toilet and the lid off with the water shut off, no handle on the door and stunk. Only highlight was the frontdesk clerk was polite and curtious.

beware of the surrounding area if you do plan to stay here, I don’t know if they weren’t expecting me but the room I was given was really dirty and wasn’t allowed to change rooms

I did not stay. I never checked in. The area was VERY scary. Very suspicious! If I could have cancelled my stay I would have but I was not able to do so. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Room 152 was a health hazard. It was so bad that I had to check out about 10pm Sunday evening and go somewhere else. The front desk only reimbursed me $55 of the $65 I paid. I will be filing a complaint with both the health department and the Better Business Bureau in Lubbock if I am not fully reimbursed in 3 days.

The area was extremely unsafe we had to be switched to a different room due to safety reasons. I will never book at that hotel ever again. The pictures shown on Expedia did not match the actual hotel whatsoever.

Upon checking in the clerk didn’t give and information about the facility. Didn’t think to remind me that we had no blankets before going into our room. We had to wait over an hour for the blankets. There was no towels to bathe or dry off with. The room was VERY dirty. Hair all over the sink and the sink drained very slow due to been clogged with hair. Stains on all sheets and lounge chair, Pet hair all over the floor and nightstand it smelled of pets and smoke! Housekeeping staff sucked on cleaning! I will never book at this hotel every again!

Absolutely terrible. Traveler beware. Room had overpowering smell of cigarettes, and the condition was as if it had been shared by a commune of drug users. It was in disrepair. Beds had one sheet and blanket, no mattress sheet, and were covered in stains and cigarette burns. No trash can, toilet paper, and only a single towel. Armchair was covered in stains. Not a single surface was clean. It was like staying in a hotel from the Last of Us. It was not great years ago as an La Quinta, and has only gotten worse. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our "non smoking" room smelled horribly of smoke, the TV was missing, there was a LARGE burn mark on the back of the doors, there were burn marks all through the room. This was definitely a drug user haven.

Dirty room and bathroom Drain in sink slow. Old and stained walls. We had to ask for towels, mattress was old and broken down. TV did not work.
