Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Close to restaurants.

Room was slanting. Breakfast was not great. Bird poop by back doors was gross. One elevator was not working

Nice size room, decent breakfast.

We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.

They accidentally overcharged my card $376.20 on top of my room fee then I had to wait 5 business days for it to be removed!

The room was a nice size, and we liked the kitchen. We did not like that the TVs didn’t work. Neither TV worked.

The back door entry needs to be cleaned. It was covered in bird poop.

The beds were comfortable

Very old and run down. Needs upgrades. Breakfast was very disappointing. No swimming pool.

Location and front desk was very professional

The room was disgusting. The water in the in the bathroom sink took almost 25min to go down. The carpet was absolutely disgusting to walk on. The walls were absolutely disgusting. Very sadly disappointed!! Especially bc of the ratings. Very misleading
