Location is good within 10 mins walking distance to Mitte Wien station, the room is big even its a single room for myself, the bed and bathroom were clean and staffs there are all friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to travel Vienna

Good location … walking distance to museums, restaurants, and shopping. 7 day train/bus pass was only 22 Euros.

The hotel was better than advertised. A wonderful place to stay — walking distance to Stephansplatz and the underground stations. The view from the expansive balcony onto St Stephan’s Cathedral was unexpected and delightful. The hotel staff were absolutely marvellous, from front desk to cleaning staff — always smiling and always ready to help. You get the feeling that they consider the hotel not just a place to work, but their own, and are anxious to show it to the best advantage, making their guests feel right at home too. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and we hope to return there soon!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet.

Fantastic small hotel in an excellent location with most city centre sights within an easy walk. Reception is on the ground floor with a very small cafe/bar beside. Bedrooms are all on the 11th, 12th and 13th floor of the building and a large number of rooms seem to have a balcony which provide great views over Vienna depending on the the location of the bedroom. All of the hotel team were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again and felt if offered good value.

Great view

Very service-minded and warm staff, that makes you feel welcome. Nice and central facilities, and overall a good standard hotel with a spot on location to everything Vienna has to offer. Cleanliness is good, breakfast is good, and the view is nice. By the way, did I mention that the staff is very service minded..!?! Well, they ARE..! From now on my preffered hotel, when I travel to Vienna, which is one to two times a year.

This place was great. The room featured a balcony with a fabulous view of the skyline. Sunsets were so enjoyable. The room I stayed in was small but cozy and comfortable. I experienced an incident when some ants appeared in the bathroom garbage can, but housekeeping was incredible and took immediate action to replace the can and thoroughly clean the area. I felt totally reassured seeing the steps they took and didn't experience any problems the rest of my visit. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. I found walking more convenient than public transportation for this area.

Front desk staff were professional and kind. The shower in my room only had hot water for some strange reason. Breakfast was top notch. Overall, great experience.

I gave the property 5 stars in all areas but an overall 4 star review simply because of the lack of blackout curtains. At 5:30am it was total daylight in the room which was definitely disruptive sleep wise. The property has great views and the staff is really quite lovely but I was tired every morning which was a bummer. I have a tough time sleeping in an eye mask which is my problem but most hotels have dark curtains. Just an FYI to light sleepers.

Hotel and room were very clean and the views of the city are amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very quiet but only a few streets from a lively night scene and 10 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. The only reason for not giving a 5 is the air conditioning in the room was weak and it was hot in the room even though it was only early June.

Great location at Parkring in the Innere Stadt in Vienna by combined with fantastic super accommodating staff. Walking distance from main atractions, excellent dining, shopping and places to relax. Hospitality is through the roof; top notch ammenities in the room, amazing 5-star restaurant level breakfast (and service) included, complementary desert and coffee in the lounge many many more. Highly recommended. Will be coming back.

The size of the room is good for a European hotel. Clean, furniture is nice and comfortable. The balcony was wonderful to sit and relax after a long day of touring the city. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was tasty, including hot and cold options, but overpriced. The shape of the room makes it a little odd. The bed is placed against the wall and slightly smaller than a US double. If you are sharing with a friend, then it will be too close for comfort.

Location is good. But they forgot to refill the box tissue. Also a hoyel with 4 stars I expect there will be 2 free bottles of water but they charged.

Great quiet place

Conveniently located to Wien Mitte train and shopping mall. A short 10 minute walk in the other direction leads to the center of Vienna’s center.

This staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very helpful. The room had a great view. The beds were comfortable even if the furniture was outdated, it gave the you an old European feel. You can walk to many restaurants and lots of tourist attractions. It felt save even late at night. But really the best thing is the staff! I'd like to give a shout out to the young Croatian doorman.

Nice location. Plenty of transport options nearby. The park opposite is a nice place to go for a walk in the evening. Staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff always did a good job witb cleaning the room. The room had a lovely view of vienna.

I adored this hotel. The location was perfect. 7-10 minute walk from the train station from the airport. Tons of restaurants and bars around the corner. Easy walking within 10 to 15 mins to get to all of the free tours, or main old town sites. Hop on hop off, close by. Mini supermarket Spar, just up the street for wine or beer or snacks. Lovely park across the street! Best of all, I Loved my room!!! Single with a balcony. Tiny yet spacious. If you get you will know what I mean, perfectly laid out. Separate shower and toilet, armchair and footrest, tea kettle, tea bags or instant coffee in the room. Nothing like sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine, gorgeous peaceful view with a bonus of church bells ringing on the hour in the background. Feeling very “Sound of Music” hehe! The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea and cake between 1pm at 5 pm. Cake is super fresh, coffee from the machine is excellent. Several Newspapers available, including NY Times. The staff were professional, friendly and proud of their city. I felt like they really wanted me to enjoy my time there. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Amazing hotel with an amazing view from the room! I could see the whole city from my balcony on the 13th floor. The staff was also really sweet and helpful.
