We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Capricorno, which we would highly recommend. There were no negative aspects to the whole experience but the most pleasing thing was the staff who, to a person, were polite, cheerful, helpful and alyl excellent at their jobs. We would not hesitate to return to Vienna in the future and we know where we would stay.

The staff was fantastic. Always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff was amazing. I felt like I was staying at a family run business because of the care and attention of the staff. The only down side was the shower in the bathroom- very small and inconvenient. Great location and really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is centrally located near public transportation and within walking distance of many sights. The front desk and other staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and cooked to order items were available. A nice touch was daily afternoon tea, coffee and cake. Laundry service was very quick. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Small enough that everyone got to know us. Fantastic staff who go out of their way for you. Super convenient location right by the trams. Excellent price too. Will go back for sure!!!

Great location right next to the Danube River. Room was spacious but lacking tea and coffee making facilities. The staff where very frendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure and really sets you up for the day.

The location is perfect but it’s outdated / very old and the carpet is very dirty and stained all over the hallways and inside the rooms the breakfast team are very nice but you have to ask them to make your tea or coffee also ask them to toast / warm the bread for you which i think it’s so annoying specially if a lot of people are eating breakfast at the same time it will be a mess !

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with friendly staff. The room was pleasant, and we had a balcony to sit outside and watch the activity. This area fells safe and is across the street from the river, near public transportation, and just a few blocks from St Stephens, shopping, and cafes and restaurants.

Super convenient position close to transport, shopping and eateries. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean room with adjustable a/c. Complementary coffee and cake pm. Quiet except a few emergency vehicle sirens on Sat night. Would book again.

We are happy and feel warm staying at Hotel CAPRICORNO. The location is great, walking distance to the popular attractions and public transport station just few steps away. There is vegan restaurant next to the hotel. The food is delicious.

The staff were amazing and went out of thier way to assist.

We arrived at the hotel early around10am and had to wait until 2pm to check in. After a long flight from Toronto it was difficult. No effort was made to make it faster. Overall it was good .

The staff are very nice. The breakfast is excellent. The cake and coffee/tea in the afternoon are also enjoyable. Will consider coming back.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the inner city district which can easily be reached by walking. The underground and tram stops are outside the hotel which makes connecting with the rest of the city very easy. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They happily answered any questions and booked tickets if required. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, especially the cooked to order egg dishes. The complimentary cake and coffee in the afternoon was a welcome start and end to our holiday. Being able to safely store our luggage after we checked out was very helpful as we weren't flying home until the evening.

Lovely hotel in a convenient spot. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a great size, clean and well looked after. Great breakfast. Afternoon coffee and cake in the dining room was a great surprise! Near great transport links but streets and alleys nearby were great to wander through. Just what we needed to explore Vienna.

This hotel is in a perfect location - walking distance to all the sites. Also the Vienna lines airport bus stops a 5 minute walk away. The reception staff were so welcoming and so helpful. If we asked for anything, there was always a cheerful and rapid response. The room was perfect. Tastefully decorated. Lovely and clean and was beautifully cleaned every day of our stay. It was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was a tasty variety and cooked eggs were also offered. The restaurant staff were also so cheerful and helpful. An added and unexpected bonus was an afternoon tea and cake to have a break from sightseeing before going out again! Really impressed with this hotel and would definitely choose to stay again.
