Just stayed for 1 night, as we’re flying out the next morning, Place was ok for the night, but the AC didn’t work , took ages to get our meal etc. But everything else was ok

The hotel was good. We mostly used it as a base while on bigger adventures, so we didn't really use the pool or hotel itself much. The breakfast buffet was pretty extensive, and they accommodated us when one of our adventures started before their normal hours. They also helped when the pick-up time for one of our transfers was written wrong by the travel agent, which helped when the transfer was 15 minutes late instead of an hour (Fiji time). It is well located too for the airport, transfers, and town, but it isn't a beach resort. Rather than spending 5 times as much at Denarau, when we had all day adventures of island hopping or ATVs, it was a great place to be. I would have liked though if they had either better internet or a few decent channels like all the other resorts had. We literally watched birthday announcements after being exhausted from an adventure.

Room and bathroom condition is too old. Need maintenance or refurbished. Pool area was really good for everyone. Morning buffet breakfast was good but everyday same food during our stay. I really prefered morning live Omlete station and chef was best. Overall good stay on Mercure Nadi except room condition.

We are pleased with our stay. The hotel is a very good option for a transit or business stay.

The photos of the property online look better than what it actually is in person. Not saying my experience was terrible but will be paying extra to stay somewhere else next time.

Room was very old run down wasn’t clean breakfast wasn’t nice & the hot food wasn’t hot tasted like it was days old

The service was great. Had asked for a room move and it was done straight away. The room service was good but the condition of bathroom was not the best. The vanity top damaged and shower had mould. Also shower screen is not big enough as the water leaks through. Breakfast was great. Overall good would come back.

Quiet, clean enough and super convenient area

There is no shuttle service between airport and hotel. Room was okay but nothing extraordinary. Dinner was hopeless quality and overpriced! Avoid eating there if you can. Okay for 1 nite stay if you're transitting Nadi.

Poor customer service cockroches in Bathroom On bed as well Twice our room door was left opened when I was not around. Air-conditioning not working very noisy couldn't sleep reported to manager on duty nothing was done to fix Air-conditioning. I will Not stay again or recommend anyone for this hotel.

The hotel is ok, bute very old and just average maintained. It's ok for the price you pay. But don't expect to much.
