This is the worst most disgusting is Hotel I've ever seen the beds broke and has two different size box springs with a king size mattress on it the walls are black and dirty the bed is black and dirty light fixtures are not all the way in the door's got black spots all over it light switch covered with drywall remote doesn't work electrical wires exposed unsafe and disgusting. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the bathroom door doesn't even shut cuz it's broken

The door has duct tape on the door in place of weather stripping the toilet seat has electrical tape holding it together. The door did not have any locks beside the main lock. Our key never worked properly the front desk had to let us in every time we left. The shower leaked the entire stay
No lamp shades on all the lights. And the floor felt like it had not been cleaned in months. Then when we requested a little later check out they refused. Horrible just horrible. This place was sketchy to say the least.

I recently had the absolute worst experience at this motel. I was traveling through and needed a quick place to stay, and the price seemed right at first. How wrong I was!
I booked a non-smoking room, but the stench of cigarettes hit me as soon as I opened the door. The real nightmare began with just trying to get to the room. A step was missing from the wooden stairs, and the entire structure felt like it could collapse at any moment. It’s an accident waiting to happen—someone is bound to get hurt.
Once inside, the bathroom was in deplorable condition. Mold covered the walls, and there wasn’t even a proper showerhead, just a pipe sticking out of the wall. But the absolute worst part? BED BUGS. I found bed bugs in the room, which made me terrified to even sit on the bed.
To add insult to injury, when I approached the owner for a refund, they refused and instead offered to move me to another room. Why would I risk facing the same issues in another room? This place is a total scam. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the safety or well-being of their guests.
Do yourself a favor and run far, far away from this place. It’s not worth the risk or the headache. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I shared this review before. The door was warped, the bathroom door was warped, it was a non smoking room but it smelled smoking, no table and chair, the sink was dirty, only one hanger on the closet, no facial tissues, no clock.

Property was disgusting. Used rags in the showers. Door hinges broken and cabinet uses to secure door. Failed to honor reservation. Smoke free rooms scheduled but unavailable. Staff incompetent and unprofessional. Have photographs of all issues. 0/10. Should be closed down. Unsafe and unsanitary. Refused to refund and not honoring the original agreement of rental. Seeking legal action.

I give this property zero Stars because of lack of customer service very poor customer service treat their customers like crap not willing to listen and take care of the customer nothing worked in the room their property was trash the shower didn't work the AC didn't work never again will I go there

The room was filthy stunk the bedding had blood stains curtain on the window had semen stains on it toilet barely flushed floor had hair and was sticky on it bathroom cabinet was tore apart and refrigerator was iced over I itched the min I walked in there

There was a hole in the room door. All of the electrical outlets and fans had no covers and were filthy. There were holes in the walls. The check-in was awful. Staff was rude and disrespectful. We had a huge language barrier, but even though I was making great efforts to communicate, he just didn’t want to. Wouldn’t even turn down the loud game or music that was playing. I was extremely upset with the entire experience!

The sink was clogged, the stairs to the second level are broken and crumbling apart, and that’s just the start. Our entire party left feeling so so gross that we chose to wait and go to the bathroom at the nearest gas station.
AND THE WORST PART - there was no smoke detector, it was ripped off of the wall!
There is nothing positive to say about our experience. No way this place is legal!

The first room we were assigned to had a door handle attached (and I use the word "attached" very loosely) with one strip of electrical tape. The stairs up to the rooms are falling apart. Trash is in the parking lot and all over the facility. There was an exposed fan that effectively served as a hole in the wall in the bathroom with a plug sticking out of it into the air. It was the most rundown, poor hotel I have ever stayed at. Drug paraphernalia, insidious characters and filth abounded.

This property should not be open to the public. It should not be on Expedia. If they had not agreed to refund my last night, I would have called the local health department. I will gladly stay an a economy motel. I don't expect anything special -- just basic upkeep and cleaning. If there is a place I can post photos, I will gladly. Here's a list:
-- Feces, seemingly human, in front of our car, parked directly in front of first floor rooms below our second floor room, in the morning.
-- Old furniture and trash in the walkways.
-- Concrete stairways disintegrating down to the rebar.
-- Closed down pool, with the cover weighed down with rainwater and trash.
-- Room not touched in terms of any new sheets or towels in our 4 days, 3 nights.
-- Vent fans uncovered and lighting fixture in the bathroom falling out of the ceiling; walls stained with various splotches.

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at it had bed bugs blood soaked mattress cracked window very unsafe dilapidated stairs being held up by a board microwave door was broken light stayed on has to unplug it I wiped down everything in the room with Lysol slept in my clothes checked on my car all nite long complained to owner/ manager he gave me his best room it was worst I prepaid for 3 days I stayed one nite gave him back his key and told him I'd rather lose the money I paid than to get sick from this place swimming pool was filled with trash, phones ,furniture no water thank God less than one star called and reported to health Dept.

leftover toothpaste in sink,,,out of 3 light bulbs in bathroom, 1 worked. what used to be an orange chair was brown stained. telephone wasnt hooked up. had to walk to office to tell them the tv wasn't working...was told he would get to it after he ate which was 30 minutes later. The smoke detector had a cloth stuffed into it. The microwave was stuck on 400.

Property had trash all over. A lot of damage to room doors to what appears to be attempted break-ins. Used needles in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe and property needs immediate improvements. I checked in saw my room and instantly went to another hotel to stay at. It did not look like how It did on the website. Very disappointed.

This one took the cake. The staff were very cordial and super friendly. And that's where it ended unfortunately. Very small room. The condition was Deplorable. The front door lock was smashed. No security whatsoever. There was no fire detector in the room. Just a bunch of wires hanging out of the wall where it should of been. The plumbing in the bathroom was broken and the floors were wet. This particular room needs a total reno.

Highly, NOT recommended. Curtains had tissue stuffing holes in them, incompleted remodel in room. Chair was disgusting. No daily housekeeping. No in room coffee maker as advertised. Shower was so built up with junk it didnt spray out. I travel to Omaha frequently, I'll never stay in this place again.

I got to the motel, travel inn, walked around for about one minute, and got in my car and left. That place is a pile of crap. I’ll never go there again. I didn’t even stay there, I went and got a motel room somewhere else.

5 out of 5, regardless minor imperfections. The room could use a little paint and new doors, however, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was stocked with amenities, there were no bugs, and all fixtures worked. Check in was pleasant and easy. The front desk gentlemen were polite and efficient. There was a bit of noise throughout the night with guests coming and going, however I was bothered by no one. My vehicle was safe and the rooms are 80% soundproof. The outward appearance and staircase/walkway is in need of restructure and remodel, but it's insignificant-especially for the extremely affordable price.

The room was filthy! I looked at the floor under the beds and there was dirty q tips along with an old toothbrush. The toilet was broke and only worked after you messed with the inside then it would fill with water. No trash can in the room and when I brought it to the managers attention about the toilet and trash can he just shook his head yes and said nothing!! Walls were filthy with dirt and questionable things and the floor had dirty everything. Never stay here!!

Bathroom fixture is missing or unfinished, no cover on the fan. The door is not completely sealed, and curtain doesn’t close fully. Bed headboard has scratch marks and colored smear. Should have paid extra $10 and stay somewhere else

Expedias virtual card was denied so had to wait on phone for over an hour with expedia to even check in. Then the hotel had roaches, no snoke detector and was absolutely run down and dirty lookinh. Looked like it shouldve been in the ghetto instead of the more middle to upper class area of town.and the staff is very nosy, ride and even goes to the extent of harrassing guests. Ir at least me. Every room gets worse and worse every time i stay at the hotel. The price is very very cheap and im really beginning to understand why. Oh and their wifi that they advertise as having free, rately works and constantly goes out.

Room was very dust and the bed sheets as well as the bath tub had hair on it. Marijuana smell coming under my door. The first impression coming up a dirty and falling apart stairs was terrible. Looking to the pool covered with a load cover with so much trash over it is disgusting.
You guys need to make sure your place is in better shape, I felt horrible on it and almost left if wasn’t for the time being so late.
