Excellent hotel with a great location opposite pavilion mall and also very close to loads of restaurants along with the famous jalon Alor food street

Perfect for Family with toddler. They provide baby cot (playpen) which is safe for kids. Have small pillow. The room is clean and cosy. The staff are very friendly. Location wise is also very convenient. I will definitely stay there again when I visit KL

The room facilities were in a state of disrepair. Both the safe and the coffee machine were malfunctioning, despite attempts by the staff to replace them. Regrettably, the replacements also failed after just one night.
To make matters worse, there were cockroaches found in the bathroom!
While the hotel boasts a prime location and hospitable staff, the room itself was inadequately maintained, making it the most disappointing stay I've experienced at a JW Marriott property.

Accessible to KL’s walking district (within walking distance). Furniture in the rooms are pretty old and worn out for a 5-star hotel. Staff are friendly but have difficulties coping with high volume of crowd at check-in. Had to wait more than an hour to check in into our rooms.

Pool too crowded with small, screaming, splashing kids playing with balls & getting in our way.

The breakfast was very nice and delicious! First time I ate cooked food as breakfast. Usually I only eat vegetable salad because the hotel food not suitable to my taste.

The breakfast was wonderful and the service was excellent. The beddings were very comfortable. The staff were well-mannered. The hotel is modernly equipped with the necessities for us. Located in easy-to-access shopping malls and city attractions All in all we enjoyed our 4-day stay!! Thank you for your service!

What made my stay here different was the service. Akira (or Akari, apologies) was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful woman at reception. I was a bit stressed as my luggage from Istanbul did not arrive. Dealing with a super warm reception person helped a great deal. After learning of my ordeal, she upgraded me to a very nice room! She didnt have to do that.
After checking out, Asmawi at concierge also put in an extra effort to get me a Grab which was difficult during peak traffic. Several Grab drivers opted out but Asmawi persisted until I got my Grab for KLIA express.
Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful with check in. Had requested for two connecting rooms because of the dynamics of my group staying (had booked three rooms), the staff went all out to accede to this request. Thank you.

My hotel stay experiences is wonderful. Firstly I was given early check in. Although assigned to a low floor room, the environment is quiet & calm. Secondly accessible to nearby malls & train stations is great & convenient. You can simply walk through Starhill to avoid hot weather. Lastly the staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Fantastic service by all staff, maybe especially in the executive lounge and the concierge service.

Wifi was bad. Very slow and Tv has not much programs to watch. Upon booking, requested for connecting room. We were not given connecting rooms After much explanation, then was granted but was given very low floor. Disappointed. Pillows are too soft.

The level of service was terribly bad
Will never be back
Housekeeping also was bad, nothing was in placed and had to keep calling concierge to request items and had to call multiple times to get what I requested. Breakfast was bad and service from staffs were unfriendly.
