A perfectly fine hotel for a family stay in Surfers Paradise.
Comfortable serviced rooms close to Cavill Avenue and the beach.
Good gym, sauna and steam room alongside a good pool.
We didn’t try the buffet breakfast and there is no evening restaurant. Plenty of dining options nearby. Serving Chinese, Thai, Italian, kebabs and steakhouses.

The whole stay was lovely,my boys loved it.the pool was really nice but the hot tub was not clean tho,full of dead skin and hair that was floating on the top.thats the only thing I can say about the hotel,the rest was great..we would stay again,the amenities were good and next door to woolies,also a really fantastic restaurant which is on Hamilton Ave it’s a Thai restaurant the food was very good,the locals even ate there and it was cheaper than than going shopping for food.we got dinner for about 25 quid.we couldn’t eat all so took it out to reheat.

Great stay in an Ocean view studio room. The room was clean and had good amenities. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool is large and enjoyable for a dip on a hot day.
Surfers mall is right next door along with many dining options. The hotel buffet breakfast was good and worth the cost.

Honestly, we were disappointed with the worn out furniture and fittings in the bathroom. We expect better quality or high standards of maintenance. Love the location. Gluten free & dairy free breakfast option was frustrating- not even soy milk was ‘out’ for tea & everything had to be individually requested (gf toast, margarine (they did not have but gave avocado which took 10 minutes so toast and eggs got cold) , soy milk, so bit crappy there. Staff were friendly and we managed to get a park at 11am for the whole time we stayed.

Hubby and I had spent 2 nights here in a spa room. The room was clean and the staff were welcoming. The room while it was clean could do with a bit of updating. We would happily stay here again.

Great location as it is very close walk to Caville Avenue.
Only negative is limited spots car car parking. So had to park at Bruce Bishop carpark

Staff were pleasant, room was clean and quiet, only issue was the A/C only blew warm air even on yhe lowest setting and made it a little uncomfortable to sleep

The unit was well appointed with lots of conveniences. The vanity is a bit dated and I like to have face washers provided. But overall an excellent place to stay with a fab view.

There were a few issues with the property.
In the room the tv didnt work, the kitchen area was dusty.
The property itself was ok, the pool was out of service and they didnt notify any guest that it was out of comission.

Great location, convenient for the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, friendly staff and clean & modern room. Would stay again for sure. One potential improvement though would be to consider placing a thicker blanket on the bed, it would save electricity needing to use the heating system to warm the space at night, and also to prevent an unpleasant smell of cigarettes coming through the vent at certain times of the day/night. Thank you for a fantastic stay otherwise!!

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Especially thanks to housekeeping team they were so helpful. My stay over room were service as like as checkout everything was replaced and cleaned. Thank you for all the hard-work you do.

Well looked after clean hotel but rooms are very outdated. An old air con temperature remote, you can’t set desired temperature.
No proper quilt in the room, I felt cold all night.
No bathroom amenities such as shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds. No bathrobe.
Apart from it, good hotel.

We stayed at the spa suite and looked at the ocean through one window and the hinterlands and lakes the other window and we were very happy -

Loved the friendly check in. Room was very clean. We booked with an ocean view, which was lovely for the cooler winter afternoon after a few hours on the beach earlier. A very short walk to the esplanade and beautiful beach. The only thing missing in the kitchenette was dish washing liquid. There was a dishwasher drawer (lovely option) but we didn't need to use it having only used a couple of cups and glasses.
Lots of international food spots nearby.
The buffet breakfast was good.
We'd stay again!

Room was small, outdated, and smelled of cigarette smoke. Walls were thin and we could hear everything the person in the room next to us did. Also only a thin blanket and top sheet was provided even though it was chilly outside at night.
Positives, it was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants.
