Mediocre property. Room smelled like smoke. Construction going on in other rooms that was disruptive at night. Paid extra as part of my rate to include breakfast and the hotel didn’t comply.

I understand that during a large event such as High Point market, the staff can be stretched because they are not use to a 100% occupancy. But, I'm also paying over $330 a night for the room. Room was serviced once in my 6 night stay, and when it was, they left no clean towels, coffee, etc. Bathroom loud fan never shuts off...can be a little irritating while sleeping. Staff were very pleasant.

I was only there for a very short time. Got in late and left early the next morning. That being said, the TV kept freezing and worked for maybe a total of 10 minutes of the 3ish hours I tried to watch it before going to bed.
The worst part was at 6am when I went to take a shower, a very loud crashing sound happened and I immediately noticed the entire shower head had been disconfigured and had come crashing on to the floor loudly. Pieces were everywhere. The water was shooting out at fire hose like speed and intensity. I hurriedly and painfully took about a 30 second shower, which was painful, but I did not have time to call the desk to get it fixed as I needed to get on the road for my assigned task.

Great hotel. The room was very clean and the i had a comfortable sleep in the bed. So peaceful...just what was needed!! I jope the next time the fire pit works😁

The staff overly accommodating and very welcoming to us. No question phased them and they treated us like we were the most important guest they had that night.

It was pretty much only about 10 minutes from anything that I wanted to do. The area made me feel safe and it was relatively quiet. The rooms were very Good size wise. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

It was a hitel that needs a little fixing up. The lobby area seemed to be great. The rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned properly and maintained. It was a quick trip so other than no one being in the lobby when I arrived to check in to the unfriendly staff on Saturday it was an okay trip. Best thing was the bed and tv.

Oh, the cookies.... those warm, gooey cookies! stayed one night with my elderly mom. got a good accommodation room right near the front. the staff was incredible and so genuinely friendly and kind. I got two more cookies the next day too! didn't realize that you can get more than just two for the stay! I would've liked a free breakfast though. :) never stayed at a bad Doubletree.

The toilet didn’t work, nor did the Television. I got tired of complaining. Switched rooms once and didn’t feel like doing it again. And, the pool was filthy.

We arrived during the 4th of July weekend so there was no cleaning staff for the holiday. The front desk staff was hard to locate at times. The food selection was minimal. The location is amazing.
