We stayed on august twenty second through the twenty third. When we went to bed. We noticed that one t v would not turn off. I tried calling down to the desk but no one answered.Probably they were busy Or away. I had already put my 3 yr old to sleep so i didnt try calling again. But the tv in the front of the couch never turned off. Needless to say i didnt get any sleep that night. When we checked out told the front desk thier comment was should have called the desk. I did but also i didnt want people in and out and wake up my 3yr old. It was to close to midnight. So i also didnt want to disturb the other guests.

It was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The only issue was when we went to our assigned room 45 mins after check in time it wasnt ready

Beautiful hotel in a safe location convenient to airport. Excellent breakfast offerings. Good experience and value for the money.

Had a hard time getting through to front desk for a shuttle . When I finally did it took way too long for the shuttle to get to the airport well over 30 Mon probably close to 45 which if I knew would have considered a Uber.

We booked the room because it was close to our cruise ship. It was nicer than I thought. Fast friendly service. From what I heard they did have a bit of a crowd at check in time. Luckily we were late so we got our room right away. Nice buffet for breakfast. Nice lobby.

The Staff was very friendly and the property was clean.

The elevators make a very loud noise, you could hear it everywhere in the hotel every time the elevators were in use. We got room 209, behind the elevators. Therefore, it was impossible to sleep. I asked at the front desk for a room change and I was told there were no rooms available with two beds. I said I would take a room with a single bed. Then Vanesa, the front desk agent, told me they were completed booked. I asked a room of the ones assigned but not checked in since some of them could be no shows. She answered she couldn't do that because there were not housekeepers available to clean the room 209. I asked her again what I was supposed to do then and she asked me to wait. Almost an hour later she came back to me and told me there was a room that was out of order but that an employee checked it and fixed the problem. She gave me room 210, just across 209. So, we were still hearing the noise from the elevator and to make it even worse the AC was on, but it was not cooling at all!!! It's very disrespectful to give this room to anyone. Also, I asked for help with the luggage since we had 7 suitcases, and I was told there was not help at that time. In the morning, we didn't get any help either at check out. There are big trees everywhere at the parking, some with dead branches. I was charged for the parking without notice and their policy is "At your own risk". Very disappointed!!!

Very close airport and cruise dock

I love the location and the friendly staff. The downside was that the room's a/c was leaking, so maintenance had to vome into my room to fix it. Otherwise there were no complaints.

Iblike the ease of access and close to everything.

I liked the hotel overall but there was work being done, drilling etc in some of the rooms. While I did get an email that it was taking place I don't think I should have been put in a room next to it. I got in after midnight and really needed to sleep longer. The only other issue was waiting almost ten minutes to get checked in....no one at front desk when I arrived. There were others behind me waiting as well.

Hotel was decent, quiet, and served its purpose. My only feedback would be that the ceiling had a hole in the popcorn ceiling and the corners of the bathroom could be cleaner. Other than that the front desk service was nice and the setup was pretty

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Very quick airport pickup, walking distance to restaurants and close to cruise parking and port. Nice pool area, MIMOSAS and home made cookies on Fri evening! Catiel at check in was so gracious and helpful - she's a superstar! Shawn at check out was kind also. Rooms were very comfortable for our large family group.

I liked the property staff, however the drive on the other hand was not professional when he picked us up at the airport. Right now Florida is about 90 plus degree and I wad travelling with two kids 9 & 10 but they had to disgard there beverage which I just brought because the hotel told me the shuttle would have been about 25 - 30 minutes before pickup and we had to wait outside. The Driver told us if we dont disgard the beverages he will have to pay for a vehicle if the drink spill in the van. I really taught that was rude and not professional at all. For a matter of fact cause the is summer time the hotel should have provide there guest with water for the long wait. But other than that we welcome team and staff at the property was nice and friendly

staff was accommodating and courteous. Facility was clean and well kept even in the smoking area outside. Food was pretty good with a variety of meats, sweets, fruits, and starches. Will definitely staff at this establishment again

Good quality hotel

It's a great location for staying the night before a cruise. A free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and an inexpensive shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port are both available. Breakfast included had a lot to choose from!

It’s 10 min away from Fort Lauderdale airport lots of places to eat and lots of places to do some quick last min shopping

The property was close to shopping and dinibg areas.the Loby was updated how ever the room need to update, washroom has no exhaust fan. The AC was not very cold so the room was warm, one hr before our check seem they switch off the AC POWER from the main panel. Breakfast was lovely,they have coffee all day at the loby and complimenteay water.parking should included in our stay that would be nice. Ober all I will rate this hotel as 3 star

Bedroom specifically the sofa bed in 2 rooms I viewed had not been cleaned.

The curtains would not close. The clock face was not working (we discovered the alarm was to our surprise). Very noisy as we were right next to the interstate.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
