I was there for one night with a mate before she had major surgery. Everyone at the front desk checking in and out were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the accomodations were excellent. Very clean

Loved the quiet! It was inconvenient because of the street barriers. No laundry room. Pool is almost as soon as you walk in.

Slept well. The AC worked great and there were real eggs for breakfast. Bathroom wasn’t super clean and breakfast eggs and coffee were not refilled.

The desk clerk needs attitude training! My room 202 shampoo bottle fell 3:00AM in the morning with a big bang sound and woke me up because these bottles with metal fixtures are attached with two phase tape! When in morning I asked the same girl at the desk on checking the bottle tapes needs to check and fix, she replied that why don’t you stay somewhere else! Is this an attitude problem or not? The place is rundown and appears like motel 6 with Bestwestern name on the sign. Please remove this property from your list.

The most impressive thing about this hotel was the pancake maker at breakfast.

We had a very pleasant visit. the people very nice and helpful. It was very central to all we wanted to do. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Hotel is a little dated. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Ran out of plates, food was slow coming. Water pressure in sink was lacking and slow on getting hot.
Nora (House keeping) was a jewel. She was really nice and very accommodating. Had to get our room cards redone just about everyday. Staff was good about it but, system may need updating.

It was amazing, the staff were excellent, professional, courteous, and friendly. The only down fall was the pool was closed the first 2 days, do to some lightening issues but was reopened quickly and it was the most clear and clean pool area I have been in for a Hotel in a very long time. This being many but not all the reasons I stay at a Best Western when possible

This hotel had rust all over the bathroom. Maybe at the most 25 channels. Breakfast is just a continental breakfast. Breakfast bars and rolls

The only downside of this stay was the pet charge. Most charge in the $10 dollar range where their charge was $40. Excessive.

The property is a bit worn and the back of the building looks a bit sketchy at night, but everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was great. Was a fine place to stay while passing through the area.

My room was very spacious and clean! The pool was very nice and clean. The employees were very friendly as well!

It smelled musty. The bed was as hard and uncomfortable as sleeping on only a box spring or on the floor. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Not clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Way overpriced for what you get!
