Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great that she fixed. I like that you allow pets. Location is great.

This location has some serious issues. Looks like there's been water damage inside the hallway walls as the wallpaper is bubbled up where the water would have pooled, could have mold developing in there which can cause illness. Room 307 key doesn't unlock the door. Room 105 looks like it had an electrical fire where the vent fan goes in the bathroom as there were scorch marks at the edges and the went fan was removed but not replaced. They had pulled the light fixture out of the shower area and left a huge hole in the ceiling where it should have been. The dual toilet paper holder had been halfway pulled off the wall exposing dangerous sharp screws and was just left hanging there. Room 220 the door doesn't close without having to pull hard to shut it. Looks like there was some settling of the floor right at the threshold that is raised up, preventing the door to close behind you. This is a fire hazard as one has to pull fairly hard to get it to open or push fairly hard to get it to close. Also, in room 220, the air conditioner unit needs to be serviced. It acts like it's blocked off so air flow is very poor. Front reception computer desk is all scuffed up and looks tatty. There is only one chair for a guest to sit at in the reception area, and that is an office chair that's pretty tatty looking as well. The heater in the main reception area sounds like a jet engine as it's kicking on and should be looked at as well. It's not normal for a heating system to make that loud of a whine upon start-up. Repair or remodel this facility. Although staff was awesome, this facility should be closed and remodeled due to safety and health risks. A building inspector would likely fail this hotel due to health and safety risks such as exposed wires from light fixture and vent fans that were left hanging, doors that do not work well. HVAC issues. Water damage.

Did not use "Grab and Go". Cold Coffee. Closed when we got there.

Breakfast at this facility was nonexistent. Part of why we selected it and then there was no breakfast!!

Pretty much everything. We were charged State Fair rates but the fair had been over more than a week.

first room do not have drapes over the windows and secondary lock was broken. the second room was dirty and not very well cleaned. poop stains in toilet, a rubber glove behind the night stand. sink not clean with what appeared to be blood or paint in the bowel

Nothing. Literally nothing.

We got there and couldn’t check in because no rooms were clean since the entire staff quit and when we did get a room it was filthy. We ended up leaving and purchasing another hotel because it was so disgusting. We were told we were getting a refund and then they couldn’t process it because they don’t have a working email so we were out almost $400 between having to purchase another hotel room and losing out of the money that was not refunded.

Things that happened you know the hotel room was clean and the hotel was quiet. It had very convenient restaurants and shopping stores right nearby that you could walk to on a non-busy road

I didn't like that they were supposed to offer a breakfast and the clerk told me that yeah they probably wouldn't get a delivery truck but there would be coffee and toast well there was coffee but of course there was no milk to put in your coffee there was toast but there was no butter or even margarine to put on them it was not even what I would consider offering coffee and toast with the way it was set up and with the lack of proper condiments. If they're not going to have a continental breakfast there then they really ought to stop advertising that they do have one. Or as far as that goes they shouldn't tell you they've got coffee and toast when there's no milk available and there's no butter available. The only other point about the room would be that it needs more electrical outlets.

The young man at check-in was polite and helpful. The shower in our room was kind of neat. Within walking distance Of lots of places. Pet friendly..?

The rooms could use either bigger pillows or more of them. Better yet, do both. It would benefit your business if you considered actually providing the “free, hot buffet breakfast.” We went down to eat at 7am (exactly in the prime breakfast hours of 6:00-9:00a) and the breakfast area looked closed with not even cold breakfast items. We called down to the front desk to ask. She said they “had no vendors for the hot breakfast…” then she proceeded to tell me there was a single orange and coffee left from the mornings’ breakfast. It was 7:30.
