I liked that it was the place I stayed at before

I didn't like that I had made the reservation a month before and when I got there after traveling 3 hours found out that they pool in hot tub were not open

The pool and spa were not available which was the only reason we chose crowneplaza. The staff however were excellent. If we weren't going especially to celebrate my fiance's birthday and the main reason for the hotel choice being the pool and spa we would have stayed the lobby was beautiful and the woman at the register desk was wonderful

The amenities pool/ spa unavailable. Would have been nice if that information was available before booking. We were dropped of by an Uber and could not get another for quite awhile .

The lady at the front desk, younger lady. She was amazing but the old man that checked me and was a douche bag.

The fact that I had to change room six times because of no AC. The pool was closed due to a crack not listed on their website or on here. Breakfast was not included like it was supposed to be.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were several drops of blood, used bandaids and clumps of what appeared to be human hair all around the pool area. The water was murky and just plain dirty. The shower in the room was dirty and needs some repairs.

Room wasn’t the best, supposed to be a non smoking room… wasn’t!! The bathroom sink didn’t drain, ceiling paint peeling off, hanging…. Second floor bathrooms were dirty….. toilet paper all over floor…. bugs on floor, smelled awful! Not quite the stay I had anticipated!!

The property was pretty clean. the staff was very polite and accommodating.

The room was nice but it was a little dusty as it may have not been used in a while. Nothing to really complain about because I would stay there again.

The toilet did not flush properly so someone had to come in and fix it right after we got in the room. The room was dirty. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and no one seemed to be interested in helping us to remedy the problem. In a hotel such as the Crown Plaza, I expected much better conditions. It’s highly unlikely that we will return. The only bright spot was that the manager discounted the price of the room for us.

The location was fine and the gentleman who helped us switch rooms was great.

The lady who checked me in, never made eye contact with me. The first room we were put in, the AC didn’t work so we moved to another room. The AC didn’t work in the other room either but it was midnight and my kids were crying needed to go to sleep so we were just hot. The entire toilet was about to completely tip over. It was loose and wobbly when you sat on it and the TV didn’t work. For the cost of the room I would expect much better than that.
