Location was fine, breakfast was not served before I had to leave for meetings, so no comment.

The room was dirty, the shower did not work well and it sounded like a leak in the pipes and water gathering under the bath tub. It felt like you were riding on waves when in the shower.

The room was dirty, there were NO towels. There was no night staff at all.

I was lied to, I called Holiday Inn last week to confirm that the pool and hot tub were working, I was told yes . When we arrived Sunday afternoon I was informed that both have been down for over a month due to a tornado damage. Plus I found out that both are technically off site, you have to go next door to a different building/ hotel.

The pool was out I couldn't go swimming.

It was adequate but not as good as other Holiday Inns where I have stayed.

the hotel was closed and no communication telling me to find another hotel, it took over a week to get booking.com to finally approve a refund from the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable

I wish that the Web Site said that the pool and hot tub were in the adjacent hotel and not on site. I was not going to cut across the parking lot to find the facilities.
