Dirty, loud, unsafe area. Did not stay. Drove to another town and got my own rooms.

My family was unable to stay in this dirty hotel that had no parking, in a bad part of town next to a convenience store. I will be asking for a refund.

Where to start. Very little water pressure, paint peeling and potential mold in shower, four huge water stains in ceiling, free breakfast only included packaged cheese danishes, toast, 2 cereals and bitter coffee, ver old, flat pillows, sheets had pilling, ice machine wasn’t working. The one positive was I slept pretty good.

Generally clean, seemed safe. Older building.

Front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the bathroom had cracks in the wall where the ceiling and shower were. Also, there was no hot water.

It was the worst hotel the pictures was a lie an its going by OYO but that is not true i wouldn't let my dog stay there it smelled of cigarette smoke an when i asked the lady at the front desk was this OYO she smirked at me like got you so if you book an it says OYO on 49 Hattiesburg don't book it is knight's Inn an could not get a refund.

My time here was great actually. The first room I got had a very bad odor, but the front desk attendant switched it for me after allowing me to see another room. The second room had a musty smell to it, but it was the lesser of the 2 evils in my opinion and in much better condition so I took that one. The cleaning of the room throughout our week stay was good, anything that needed changing that was suggested was done promptly. Service was 5/5 Noise level, was a different story. The other occupants were very noisy, and they were a large party situated in a lot of different rooms around the property. The noise was during the evening when people were coming back, and the rooms directly above and attached next to ours on the right side. Unfortunately when it poured during a storm, some water got inside our room through the Ac/vent system, it wasn’t a lot, but I did have to use a towel and mop it up. The room just seemed to have a lot of moisture in the air on a daily basis even without the rain. Aside from the noise and the moisture issue, I had a great experience here. Despite the issues mentioned, it wasn’t an inconvenient experience, and I was willing to overlook those things because of the friendly service. Service goes a long way.

The lock to the room only kind of worked. Had to try the door card several times to get it to unlock. Turned it in to the desk with no results. Floor was dirty in the room. When stepping into the shower the dirt on the bottom of my feet turned the shower floor black. The tile in the room is black so don’t see it till it sticks to your feet.

Horrible experience. Absolutely filthy and terrible customer service

This hotel is in very poor condition. So much that we decided to switch to a different hotel at the last minute. There was mold and the room clearly wasn’t routinely cleaned. There was a ton of scuff marks and discoloration on the walls, but there were also issues that made us feel it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived: finger smudges on a mirror and a hair in the bathtub. I would completely avoid this hotel.

This property is old and very poorly maintained. There were water leaks and a portion of the 2nd floor was surrounded by caution tape and being held up by a large wooden beam. The breakfast offerings were very scant as well. Would not recommend and won’t stay there again.

We checked in, tried two rooms. Both stank badly of cigarettes and beer. I used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. We saw a man with a plunger so asked the desk clerk to send him to our room next and were told he was a guest. Then he handed my husband a plunger. There was an obvious problem with the sewage system which presented a clear health hazard. We checked out immediately.

The ac unit was extremely loud but it did drown out the heavy traffic all night.

The beds were comfortable but the room had filthy walls and carpet. Although breakfast should have been provided, they only had bad coffee, one danish and apples.

Don’t be fooled. The photos give one impression of this property, but don’t expect your room to look like the photos. Our carpets smelled moldy, there was grime in our shower, and plaster was falling off of our walls. Worst of all, our night desk worker assured us that he had no power to make any changes, and he did not have a phone number for any manager. He claimed that the only people he could call was “the police.” If you are considering this establishment, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car.

We find cockroach on the bed. We had booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived the room had already been rented.

The fridge didn’t work

It was ok only saw one roach.

It was not as clean as I had hoped.

The hotel was average but the room was clean. Mattress was awful with a huge wallow in the center of it.

The multiple paint touch ups were a different color but the biggest wall ( which was a dark orange )had a place clear across the wall where they ,evidently ,moved out a Queen bed, was devoid of paint. The room has a very noisy air conditioner in it and the walls are so thin-we could also hear the neighbors air conditioner unit! The “ clothes ” rack” was hung out in the room but it was about 3” lower on one end than the other. Would Not recommend this place to anyone !

My stay here at this Super 8 located in Hattiesburg, MS was okay, better than expected Front desk • pleasure to deal with. Check-in and out went flawlessly. The customer service provided was slammed dunked. Room • Clean, smelled good. Spacious and so so comfortable feeling. Bed •Clean, and comfortable for my taste. Bathroom •Was clean •Shower head was good, in my opinion, the water stream was great and the hot water was hot •clean towels Breakfast • still unsure if they had a breakfast location WiFi connection • Login was easy with the provided password just remember to include the hyphen (-). Speeds were Consistent. So, all in all, I give this. This hotel has served what I was looking for. Could have been a little bit more updated but it is what it is. My room was in the second building, first floor nonsmoking.
