Noticed the check-in staff lacks courtesy. When returning guest's documents either passport or any documents, it should be done with both hands. But in my case, they just return it with one hand and no eye contact. Happened on two occasions; one during registration and later collect the room door cards.
I wish the concierge has some empathy towards guests who had no prior knowledge of taking a parking ticket when entering the hotel parking instead or using cashless parking mode. I was told that I 'should' know. I have to give a long explanation in exchange for the exit ticket.
However credit to be given to room service. Attentive and response quickly when requesting for towels.

Hotel old and outdated .. gym equipment was old and filthy.. could overlook all of this however was not even allowed to bring my small carry on sized bag to the breakfast buffet despite being on my own..was sent away and would only be allowed to return if I cloaked it with the concierge on a different level.. most insultingly.. 2 women who were of the same racial appearance as the person who sent me away were escorted to their table with 2 x bags each.. absolute disgrace of a hotel.. avoid

Very friendly front staff and allow for early check in super king size bed was very comfortable good breakfast. Great location to stay and shopping mall was around this hotel. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and I will be stay here again if travel Kuala Lumpur

Reception Staff service is just awful. They have no sense of hospitality service. Half of the time their room keys are not working. Also they are not at all apologetic about that. I forgot the name but Mr. M. Tiong or someone who was there on 9th September morning at the departure desk was terrible at customer service. Neways other than the location this hotel is going down the drain. It's a pity though as i had been a regular since 2010 here.

The Grand Millennium is positioned on very busy street in central kl, we found the up market shopping not to our liking, gone is the Parkson from this area, no midrange shoe shops, no street dining(except Jalan Alor ). The hotel room was adequate and cleaned daily, unfortunately the bed was a let down ,it spoilt our stay, Breakfast was good and had excellent staff. This will be our last stay in kl, we find the city just doesn't have anything to offer, preferring to visit city's like Kuching in the future

Second time staying. Room is big and comfortable for my stay. Service is great and respond quickly with our requests. Location is great too!

The buffet breakfast very poor, food was terrible. Line up 20 minutes to get in, food choices very limited and poor quality.
The lobby is stinks, have sewer smell, looks very dull compared to other 5 star hotel.

We loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Perfectly located, clean spacious & comfortable. Loved the pool too. The staff were great especially the wonderful cleaner on our floor. He was terrific & very friendly.

Flawless and friendly service. Plenty of Gluten free food options at the Favola restaurant and room service, including gluten free bread that they bake in house! We spent a little extra to get an ocean view room. The view was spectacular!

location is good with just a walking distance to the shopping district. had a hiccup during check-in but was resolved amicably. front desk should do a thorough check with their housekeeping team.

What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Top service shown by every staff we encountered. We had a fabulous time and would definitely make a come back to this hotel for our annual KL trip.
