Great High tea

The property is lovely with a beautiful lobby and rooms. The front desk staff was good and helpful although we didn’t like our original room because there was little light. The electronics in the room are somewhat confusing and the television choices are limited but the rooms are otherwise quite nice. The bell staff was the only real letdown as they were disorganized and not very helpful.

The hotel is impeccable. A beautiful venue in a great neighborhood. Your staff was highly professional but very friendly and real. Room service was excellent and the food plentiful and topnotch. One of my best stays in a long history of hotels. The management and stay are to be commended!!!!!!! Can't wait for a second visit.

It has been a week since we stayed here for 2 nights, so some time to reflect and provide a balanced review. This was in part a trip to celebrate a special occasion. Details were poor - a thoughtful surprise cake was brought to our room with no allergy advice, no cutlery and on a chipped plate, no tray just handed to my wife at the door, other small details included poorly stocked room to simply have a cup of tea (very important) and cracked crockery. The shameful part was the soiled robe in our bathroom that luckily my wife spotted before she put it on, truly disgraceful…. I don’t need to go into detail. For what should have been a special trip was deeply regrettable hotel choice given some of the other hotels we have stayed at locally with similar price points. Positives were the breakfast especially Holborn Dining Rm, incl service. We did receive an apology when checking out, the lady offered to make it up to us if we returned which we said we were had no interest. She insisted on sending an email with here details for us to contact her... we are still waiting... am I surprised. Staffing generally looked to be not on point - at one point my wife was nearly knocked to her feet as three staff members charged around a corner on our way to breakfast. I urge you to look at other options if the Rosewood is on your list. It’s a shame we can’t add images to this but will find a way to post on another platform so others do not make the same mistake! I look forward to feedback.

The Rosewood did us right, and they made us feel like royalty. (Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were here the week before us.) The property is awesome, and all the staff tries so hard. We loved this place, and it was our second time there. It is very walkable to just about everything. You will be glad that you stayed here....

It was a fine hotel however way too much money for what was offered. I’ve stayed at wonderful other places for half the amount. Staff was kind and helpful. Very clean. Nice restaurants .

A wonderful stay at The Rosewood. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the bar because it was closed for a private event for most of our stay.

Fantastic time! Diana at the Holborn restaurant is simply wonderfull. Regina from Guest Relations simply waves her magic wand and makes evertyhing happen! Agnes from the housekeeping team is a joy to talk too and makes sure everything is spot on when you come back to your room. Everyone at the Rosewood London makes you feel welcome and makes sure you have a one of a kind experience

Amazing world class staff and amenities class in a gorgeous 5 star property that is centrally located in London. I've been to quite a few 5 star hotels and this one definitely tops the list for me.

Wonderful staff and hotel furnishings

Very very good

Paid a premium rate for a luxury hotel without any of the premium or luxury associated with a $1,000/night room. When we arrived there was no one to greet/welcome or help us. We had to unload all our luggage from our taxi without any help from anyone. I can get that kind of non service for $100/night. We were early to check in so they told us they would call when our room was ready. Around check in time I called them to get an update to our room, the operator could not get a hold of anyone from the front desk to get us an update on our room so she said they would call us back when someone was available (guess what we never got that call). So after a couple hours past check in we decided to just head back to the hotel anyways. When we finally got the key to our room we literally had to step through a soaking wet hallway. I wish I could load a video to show how disgusting it was to walk to and from our room on our stay. The smell was disgusting. Every time we walked out our door or from the elevator on to our floor we got hit with the smells of a locker room. We had to cover our noses and hold our breathe. Just absolutely gross. Anytime we needed a taxi we had to find one ourselves. The front door men just stood around, not acknowledging our existence or offering any kind of help. What a absolute waste of money. Stay somewhere else unless you’re into over paying for really bad customer service and smelly, wet carpet is your thing

First time staying with rosewood. Staffs are very kind and welcoming. Hotel is kinda old. Food is great. Saw a pillow from IKEA is a bit shocking. I thought rosewood is way better than this. And fire alarm went off on a cold Sunday morning is really disturbing.
