Awful! Rooms were not clean. 1st room had dirty towels left by the previous guest that were not picked up by housekeeping. The second room (we transferred to a different room) was very very cold. The toilet in the second room was not flushing properly.

Near the airport on a lagoon. Price point was ok. It had 8.8 rating, but I don’t know how. It feels dated. Instead of fixing things, just added a new coat of paint. Cabinet doors were literally falling off the cabinets. Front desk staff tried to shine us on about an “upgrade” he was giving us. It was the same room we booked.
Lobby BLARED reggae music all day. Even during both mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, waffles, but they had fruit and yogurt. DO NOT eat the hash!

all the staff was so friendly and nice. A front desk lady spent a lot of time with us telling us about the area and good places to take the kids.(I wish I could remember her name).
Millcent I think that’s how you spell her name, but not sure my nephew went down to find out lol anyway she was by far the shining star of your hotel. She was so nice and kind to us helped us with breakfast every single morning. And she always had a beautiful smile on her face, she was so welcoming.

The Cayman Islands Men's Football (Soccer) Team enjoyed the stay (16-Nov-2024) and we are considering this property as our first choice, it is close to MIA Airport, the shuttle service (Jose and Erika are AMAZING!), front desk staff is helpfull and also amazing, everything else was great. Our players also enjoyed the complimentary and excellent breakfast.

My room was dated, but comfortable. No room service at the property, unless the ability to order pizza to your room counts. The most disappointing aspect of my stay is that I accidentally left a souvenir in my room (3 am departure for an early flight). I called the hotel as soon as I discovered it was missing from my luggage, but they insisted that it was not to be found.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites Miami Blue Lagoon. The room and set up was amazing with living room and kitchen

The bed was super comfy and the hot water and shower pressure were fantastic. The negatives were the kitchen and bathroom faucets were old and hard to work. Also, the breakfast was very poor quality food. There was nothing fresh and healthy except the melon and wrapped fruit. The building entry doorway needs updating. Views were nice outside of the breakfast area and you can eat outdoors.

Very noisy air conditioning in the room. Food was terrible. Waited over TWO hours for hotel shuttle bus despite 3 phone calls.

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly, we had a small bag of goodies in our room upon arrival and everything was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Property is maintained to an extent but specifically had issues with mattresses, check out time, quality of products in the room as body wash and liquid soap, iron not working properly and pet friendly to name some.

The hotel overbooked booked us for shuttle transportation to Miami Airport for 5 adults and 2 children. As a result we waited in the lobby for 2 hours from 11 am to 1pm.

Payed for early check in they gave away my room couldn’t accommodate me basically take the room available because they not gone give you a refund if your room gone slept in the lobby waiting for a room for hours

The service is very good, but the cleaning of room needs some improvement particularly the bathroom. Bed mattress is not straight, is too old. Location is good, various restaurants are very close to the hotel.

I really found this property to be very good. I took off a star because I didn’t find the free breakfast that good. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and I think they come from a carton. Beds were AWESOME, as were the staff.

My daughters, my mom and i stayed here for 4 days and we loved it. The rooms were clean and well laid out, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but repetitive. The view of the lagoon from the lobby was beautiful and serene and always put a smile on my face. The staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours, pushing us late getting in. Didn’t think we would make it in time to get shuttle to hotel. Called and shuttle was there in short time, very pleasant and friendly driver. Front desk was just as pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast staff were rude, started removing food and cleaning before some people were able to fix plates even though they were in line well before 9:00, and there was still plenty of food in pans. No cups at juice containers, when asked for some I was brushed off.
