the motel was nice and next to shopping area. Had a good breakfast.

Staff was amazing. Courteous and weng out of their way for us. Would lovd to see real dishes for continental breakfast. Plastic felt wasteful. Gym brand with soul cycle bike 🚵♂️ bit it wasnt registered yet. Overall clean and comfortable will book again.

I was disappointed to have no airport pickup upon arrival. I was told the shuttle only runs certain days of the week. Then when asking for a 9:00 am shuttle discovered the last shuttle of the day on a Wednesday is 6:45am. I don’t think I’ll be returning. There are other low cost hotels nearby with airport shuttles.

I ordered this hotel in a hurry because we lost power due to hurricane Helene. It went off 10am Friday and was not expected until 11pm Sunday night. My mom is a double amputee, diabetic, uses oxygen and when we got to the hotel and she’s being unloaded from the only handicapped vehicle I could find in the city, I’m being told that they don’t rent to locals. Nowhere on the Hotels.com, their website or anywhere that it said they don’t rent to locals. The clerk at the front desk said she’d call her GM, but it was past his bedtime and didn’t answer. I managed to get another hotel, but I wouldn’t have wasted my time if yall don’t rent to locals. What’s going to happen when a major emergency or disaster happens? We going to let people suffer while there’s all those empty rooms that people were looking to “rent” for a couple days for health and safety reasons. I will be taking this further. Unacceptable and despicable behavior knowing what the city had been thru the past few days with the wind and rain and flooding. Horrible way to treat people.

Everything was great during our stay! The desk staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Our only complaint was the loud traffic from the road behind the building. Request a room on the front side of the building!

Requested handicap room with walk-in shower but received handicap room at the end of the hall which made for a LONG difficult walk for a disabled person. Was unable to shower as could not get in tub even though it had a chair but does no good if you can’t get in it.

The elevator and pool were broken and no info ahead of booking that this was the case. To their credit, they got permission for us to use the pool next door. Room had a smell. Really disappointed considering the favorable reviews for this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel to check in and was told because we didnt live 50 miles from the hotel we couldnt stay. If thats a rule, it should be put on your website. I tried to complain and was told because i went through a 3rd party, you, i would have to complain to you. If my card is charged you will be hearing from me. Wr live 35 miles from that hotel and i was just teying to spend some time with my grandson at a hotel that had a pool and we were denied.

Being disabled I appreciated parking near the door. The room itself was clean, the bed was a little hard but I made do. However, during my stay the elevator broke down. I was on third floor which meant walking up and down the stairs. I understood, things happen. However on check out day the elevator was still not working. I knew I had to make a few trips retrieving my luggage and items from my room. The employees saw this. Not one offered to help me, not even to hold a door open for me to cause a little less struggle. In fact they watched as I continued to make trips slowly up and down to get my belongings. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to those who need help if their elevator breaks down again.

The room had an odor use Febreeze spray and could not get rid of it.

Staff and cleanliness was good quality. However, after our first night we discovered that the hair dryer was so f’d it spit fire! The fridge was set so cold our water and fruit froze solid. Probably a practical joke by some wise ass because they stole the adjustment knob from the fridge. Last, but not least, the conditioner bottle was empty.
I reported all three to the front desk that first morning of a three day stay. When we returned, the room was cleaned, but nothing was fixed. I managed to get the fridge turned down. We bought a hair dryer, and continued to use the conditioner we carry on such trips.
All they had to do was fix it or move us. Shame.
