Room was not updated or clean. Hair in sheets that wasn’t ours. Bathroom tub was backed up. Just overall nasty.

I requested a handicap equipped room which I received.
I was in room 245 and fell twice in the shower as the floor obviously was wet from the shower. There should have been some type of non slip tape on the shower floor. I
Wanted to talk to the desk person but the airport shuttle was about to leave. I never finished my shower and did not get hurt seriously but could have. Somebody has to fix this serious problem. Also the mixing shower valve came off in my hand.

Spacious, clean, helpful & friendly staff. The queen mattress sagged in the middle and could have been more comfortable. Well-appointed exercise room, though the treadmill I used needed adjustments. Great saltwater pool. Be aware that the buffet is closed. Overall a positive experience that more than met my needs for a brief stay.

I liked the bar and offered food (although limited). Unfortunately the shuttle was full for the time needed so had to leave earlier then wanted.

Waited over an 1.5 hours for my room to be ready,this was after arriving after 4pm on a Sunday. A lot of road noise if your room is in the front half of the hotel. Shower water was Luke warm but sink water was hot. Staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to as well as accommodating.

Traveling alone I felt very safe and comfortable. Anchor Bar staff and food were amazing. Definitely my place to stay.

Very nice stay. Bed was great after a long day of travel.

There was no carpet on the floors, bathroom sink water started out with a foul odor, had to let it run for awhile, the shower stall did not look clean, had to lay a towel down before we showered, there was only one working elevator. Did not know to take pictures, we should have!!!

Great check-in. Staff friendly. Public Internet was a little slow, but adequate. Pool water temp perfect. I did notice I didn't see any signs of an AED near the pool or exercise room...not sure if those are required. Rooms were very quiet, and spacious

Not to sure why it is at an 8/10. Honestly it’s ok to stay but I’m sure there are other hotels that are not this one. Staff was super nice and helpful. The room I felt was subpar and felt dirty. The location, yes close to the airport but the area it is in I wouldn’t walk outside even with a group.
