Staff was super nice, room was clean, easy to get to... and the breakfast buffet was awesome...

Just staying on our way to Ohio. Rooms were big to accommodate all 6 of us and free breakfast was great. Pool was clean and weather was great for July.

Beautiful clean quiet ! Perfect hotel. Even had gluten free quiche for the breakfast which was delicious!

Property was clean and the room was good. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it. The in room kitchen amenities were useful and the onsite laundry was convenient. The main thing needing improvement was that the breakfast area was congested for serving and the daily selection was lacking.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, well stocked with the basics (cups, silverware etc). Only complaint was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work.

Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Overall good experience with only 2 real gripes. The AC sounds like a freight train and they charge for parking. Spacious rooms and kitchen were nice.

Lady at check in was super friendly. Place was very clean. Just a stress free stay.

Outdoor pool. Front desk worked hard so we could check in early.

The hotel and staff were great. Just a couple things to complain about: the pool was quite small for such as large hotel and so many guests and I am just annoyed that they charged me $3 a day for parking without my knowledge.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for almost a week and were sad to leave to go back home! That’s how phenomenal the property, hotel staff and amenities were! We are already planning our next vacation to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!!

It was a terrible night! We were put in a pool side room and keep in mind we are an older couple and traveling with no children. The kids screaming in the pool was unbearable. You couldn’t get the volume high enough on the TV to hear over the pool noise. Beware if you get a pool side room it was terrible! With that said rooms are nice and beds are comfortable and it’s a clean place.

The room was clean and quiet. I didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that. The property was convenient to freeway transportation that connected to I-44 and bypassed Springfield traffic.

The room was big , clean and a great view poolside.

We met our daughter in Springfield to spend a day with her before she started work. We loved the outdoor pool and didn’t the day relaxing. Would definately stay here again. Each staff member we encountered was extremely friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and nice size bathrooms. Pool room is awesome!

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The remote control had dried food on it. The table was dirty with food particles and water spots. There was a slimey blood spot on the back of the bathroom door (I used an Antibacterial wipe to clean it off) and there was a spot of blood on the shower curtain. One of the bed pillows smelled dirty and old. (luckily there are several pillow on the bed so we didnt have to use that one). The walls are thin and you can hear the children shrieking in the next room. The door deadbolt didn't fully engage. The slider door glass in the bedroom was so dirty you couldn’t see thru it. It was so caked on it seems like it's never been cleaned. If you try to sit outside on the tiny patio the air conditioner from the floor above spews drops of water on you. At the breakfast buffet the children are running in circles around the food area and the parents and hotel employees ignore them. It was ridiculous trying to get our plates of food with the children in the way. Some of them were on hoverboards riding them in circles around the food. The toilet didnt flush properly. We had to flush it several times just to get the toilet paper to go down. The refrigerator runs constantly and is very loud. The ceiling in the bedroom had big brown water spots on he ceiling (we told the front desk). The hotel is convenient to the highway but the parking is limited and the building has a strange layout.

Convenient service with rom service and free breakfast. Easy access to parking close to rooms.

The staff was great. The property was very well kept. Our room was awesome. We enjoyed laying out by the pool. Sadly, we had to leave earlier than expected so we didn't get to have another day there like we planned. Had some noisy neighbors at night but that didn't last too long. The toilet in our room was "running" and when I notified the front desk she was on the phone to have it fixed before I was even out the door. She was on it! I'd go back and I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are perfect. Will be staying in marriot hotels from now on

Very clean and nice - even the sofa bed and sheets/blankets were comfortable for kids. Easy parking, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

From check in to check out this place was fantastic!!! Clean, friendly, convenient and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We can’t wait to go back again!!!
