Since we got there we where treated cordially and helped in anything that we needed.

Staff were quite nice and helpful. Very nice rooftop views. Some construction going on during our stay, which added a bit of noise at the street level, but room was quiet.

The rooms are a bit old and staff kept calling my door at 9am despite the do not disturb sign

I changed hotels. Did not stay there. Check in was bad. They charged me to upgrade my room because they didn’t have the room I reserved available! Room was dirty so they had to reclean. I didn’t like the feel- found a different hotel and ate the room charge

I think the hotel has some great things like the location. I only stayed one night so I didn’t really get the chance to see the amenities but looked satisfactory. The room was ok but the bathrooms and a couple of other things needs to be updated. Some parts of the hotel felt like a nice 3 star hotel.

I have been staying at the Melia for 25 years, mostly for its location. They have never ever recognized me as a returning loyal guest, which is sad, but ok. over time, the hotel has had its ups and downs, but one would know what to expect. Now, it is under construction (no mention of it before you book on Hotels.com). No lobby. Actually the lobby became a construction site, with unbearable noises (circular saw, hammering, screaming) and construction dust. There is only a 10ft. partition blocking the view, but open spaces above that. I found myself screaming to be heard by the staff. Called manager to share my discontent, and was told that, when ready, it will be back to good... but wouldn't even sympathize with the absurdity of the situation. I shortened my stay to two nights, and found another place. Sorry to let Melia go after such a long time. They just let me down.

It was great … everything went per plan. No issues at all. Staff was helpful.

Hotel did not advise customers in advance r of booking that the pool, gym, sauna are all closed since November for renovations. There is no business center. Front desk Could Not print out boarding passes. They charge for breakfast and do not have someone preparing omelets etc. A complete rip-off not worth the cost.

Ótima localização, quarto bem Confortável. Unico ponto negativo foi a wifii do quarto que não funcionou.

Gym and pool was closed they did not let me know when i arrived or booked the reservation. They said they hs a deal with the gym in front of the hotel when i got there there was no deal had to pay full price by my own Super noisy room then i has to ask to change Horrible experience this time

Quando fiz a reserva não tinha o aviso que a academia estava fechada para reforma. Se eu soubesse teria procurado outro hotel pois sempre uso a academia.

Meliá should offer adequate areas for guests to work. Improve the WIFI- It was the worst thing. I could not work in the hotel.

Muito bem localizado, silencioso, staff prestativo e simpatico, necessita de repaginamento nas mobilias.

Já conhecia o Hotel. Ele é muito agradável e perto de vários restaurantes bons aqui em Sampa. A única coisa que não gostei e que outros hotéis facilitam é a entrada antes das 14:00h. Compreendo que é uma norma. Mas quando se chega de viagem e não tem para onde ir, fica difícil. acredito que este item poderá ser revisto, por exemplo, quando o hospede mostrar que acabou de chegar de uma viagem de outro estado, abrir mão um pouco do horário tão rígido.

Nothing worked in the room. The television did not work. The safe to not work. The heat did not work. Despite my best efforts the staff could not fix the various problems. I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s terrible.

Have stayed many times at this hotel and I am noticing some aging in the structure. Also, either cards don’t work or elevator takes too long. In the room, a coffee/tea maker would be a plus and easier access to Netflix too.

Atendimento muito demorado tanto no Check in quanto no Checkout. Os funcionários lentos e atrapalhados,pareciam ser bem iniciantes no serviço. Banheiro do apartamento já precisando de uma renovação.

Tem que ser realista, o Hotel esta MUITO DEFASADO, pelo preço que paga, não ter nem um chuveiro que funcione, o banheiro sujo, manchado! O quarto passa por pouco, mas o banheiro é deploravel! O Entendimento, infelizmente pessimo, era muito bom o hotel, mas esta perdendo muito em qualidade!

Arrived at 4:00 PM the hotel had no rooms because they had run out of rooms. i has then told to go to another Melia which was many blocks away. The new Hotel was terrible, noisy rooms, cold, dirty corridors. Will not go back!

Me transferiram para outro hotel inferior sob a justificativa de problema hidráulico, mas foi overbooking, já que outros colegas se hospedaram lá no mesmo dia. Lamentável!

From mildew on the shower floor (had to shower with flip flops), not delivering, despite asking when I arrived for room service brunch on Saturday morning, as we were getting married, to room service that subsequently didn't deliver part of meal even after we called to note the problem, this was a disaster. The hotel hallways were also clearly in major need of repairs. In short, staff that was unattentive at best, and completely dismissive at times, facilities that were below par, and room service that was utterly disappointing, this hotel was a complete disappointment. Much better choices in São Paulo through Expedia; the star rating for this hotel is entirely incorrect. At best, 2 stars for the luggage porter and for a quiet space.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes descolados. Quarto de bom tamanho, limpo e café da manhã farto. Em geral apresenta sinais de necessidade de modernização para ser um 5 estrelas.

Foi boa no geral. Alguns comentários:- Achei o check inn muito demorado;- Quando fiz a reserva no site, em nenhum momento ficou claro que o nosso quarto, as camas seriam separadas e não de casal;
