There is only one way to go to the hotel - shuttle to airport. No walk to other types of public transport.

The room was clean and provided standard amenities. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Full breakfast with lots of choices included. No bar or restaurant on site, but they did have a few bottles of wine for purchase at the front desk which we enjoyed (they even opened the bottle for us).

I was so afraid of having the bedbug issue as stayed in many online reviews. My room turns out to be clean, spacious and nicely designed. No bedbugs. I enjoyed the stay.

The stay was excellent. Nice, clean, quite and comfortable place. The shuttle service was excellent and very helpful. I certainly recommend this place.

The hotel was great for an overnight layover at Newark. The shuttle was great. The pickup area was clearly marked by signs throughout the airport. I booked my shuttle time for the next morning upon check-in and I was dropped off right at Terminal C.

On inspection, discovered, crumpled bedding, had not been changed from previous occupant, Reported to reception who said she would inform the manager. nothing was done. Spent the night sleeping on top of covers.

Only one bistro at a hotel next door. One working noisy elevator. Room a bit outdated and no safety box in room. Good 24 hr coffee/ hot water station.

The staff was efficient and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Linens were good. Breakfast should have regular whole milk. Everything else is just more processed.

Very nice overall. Our room was wonderfully clean, large, and comfortable. Common facilities were attractive, but only one of the two elevators was in service for a six floor building, so going between ground level and our room was slow and often crowded. The included continental breakfast was tasty and very convenient. On the downside, we could have benefited from at least a cursory maid visit during the two night stay, as we ran out of kleenex and needed a refresh on washcloths.

Elevator was not working properly and we got the room on 6th floor.

The location was a little confusing to get to. The staff were nice and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. The rooms were adequate but not fully up to par on the cleanliness side of things. Elevators were terrible, one was working very slowly and broke down while we were there and the other was down for renovations. Also there are a number of signs talking about a pool that was never available.

The elevator not working and you in the 5th floor carrying the suitcases up and down was the most difficult one. The main door was under renovation and staff is very confused. It’s better to avoid this place

First day, only one elevator worked and took forever to take us up to our room. From the first night and through the 2nd day, none of the elevators worked and we had to use the stairs to go up and down from the lobby to our rooms. Very disappointed. The shower in my room only had cold water while the knob was turned about 10% after which, the water turned boiling and became unbearable. So showering took ages and the water pressure was barely a squirt... Besides that, bed was comfy and room was clean.

Im 75yrs old, (wife and I) our room was on the 4th floor with lots of luggage and both of the elevators we broken.
With no help offered from the staff, I struggled step by step and several trips.
Very disappointed to stay in a hotel associated with the Mariott name.
I would have found another hotel, but it was late night leaving us no other option.
The make this embarassing failure right, I expect a full refund.

Terrrible customer service.
1- They made a mistake and "kicked us out" of our room WITHOUT calling or sending us an email. We arrived at 7.30 in the evening, and they were packing our bags..! What? They "misread" our Expedia reservation. Once we showed it to them again, they had to reinstate our room. No apologies, manager would not show his face. Big coincidence, it was an oversold day.
2- The morning shuttle refused to drop us at Terminal A at 5am with 4 bags. What? Yes, they drop you wherever, and you take the airtrain because Mr Shuttle is lazy and doesn't want to stop at every terminal.
Would never return, will not recommend to anyone.

The building smelled like mold when I first walked in. I tried 2 different rooms and had asthmatic reactions to both. The elevator was also in serious disrepair. The staff tried to be helpful, but there wasn't much they could do.

The Hotel is right across from the Airport, yet inside it was very quiet. The Parking Lot has remnants of a parking gate, that is no longer in use. We arrived early enough to find a parking space. By the next morning people were parked wherever they could fit a car. The Staff was Friendly and Helpful. The Hotel didn't have food service in the evening but we were directed a couple of doors down where we could get dinner at the Courtyard. The Room was Clean, and Secure. I received a charge for parking, which I had not been made aware of. When I called to inquire, the person on the other end said she'd take care of it.

I have booked 3 rooms, under Ravinder mangat, Swaranjit walia and sukhpreet walia, first it shows pool on your website but there is no pool at hotel. My kids want the hotel with pool and so much disappointed. Then only one elevator work which takes whole day to come up and down. Worst came next day when we are doing check out and elevator stop working and we have to take whole stuff by stairs and we all are on 5th floor. I need full refund of my booking from hotel and want a call from you people.

I was a bit disappointed that while I was charged for a parking space for 9 days I had a hard time finding a parking spot Also the timing of making repairs to the main entrance was annoying as well as they only had one elevator working at the time.

Not so great. Huge stain on our sofa. No food other than breakfast. Staff at desk not too eager yo assist with dining ideas. The shuttle van does not drop at terminal A….this results in a drop off at terminal B and then a train ride followed by a bus ride to get to A. With luggage it was a lot of effort.
