This is the second time that I have stayed at this amazing hotel. The location is absolutely great. The pool and access to the beach is another top reason to stay here. The staff honestly treat you like you are a lifetime friend who is welcomed back with open arms. Melody, Shelly and Lewis on reception are so helpful and also so knowledgeable of the area and so approachable. Ask them a question and they will do their best to give you a honest answer. They really do just want you to have a great day. Delroy and Mariano in concierge are always so helpful and just fun to say “Hi” to and genuinely just want you to have a great time in Miami. The whole team are 10 out of 10 and I look forward to visiting them again when possible. A massive Thank you guys for helping my son and I to have a great 4 night weekend stay.

Had an excellent stay at the historic Sagamore Hotel. The staff was friendly and beyond my expectations. Delroy was accommodating and assisted our every request about the amenities and area. Sagamore is now my hotel of choice whenever in Miami.

Not clean room

The hotel looks outdated as soon as you walk in the lobby. Then when you walk pass the front desk it looks better. The pool area is great. Pool is kind of small and shallow. The elevator was old and out of order. The rooms looked like the 90s, stained furniture/throw pillows. Old rusty mirrors and shower head. Cracked title floors in the living room. Sliding doors don’t close shut for privacy. One of our beds was missing a leg so when you sit on it, it would drop to the floor. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. Melody at checkin is amazing. The guys working at the beach and pool area are very nice. I have been emailed by the hotel and offered a discounted stay for next time but that’s not good enough. This was my children’s first time in Miami and this hotel was definitely a disappointment.

Loved staying here. We were upgraded to a lovely room; the elevator was out of service which was inconvenient but nbd. The staff is always lovely and the amenities are gorgeous. One of my favorite South Beach locations.

The music by the pool played till 11 or 11:30 pm and would start at 8 or 9 am. Hard to get a good night's sleep.

Good hotel

5 stars would go to staff. All very friendly, helpful and attentive. The property itself was nice. I would say that the pool was a bit too small. The hotel was more expensive than nearby hotels so I would not think the pool would be smaller. I felt like we were all on top of each other at the pool. What made it ok was the staff was all so friendly that it made the other small things not matter. I would stay again.

I chose this hotel for a nights stay to do a photoshoot because of their room aesthetic. Hotel is nice and has a beautiful art exhibit throughout. Shelly at the front desk was professional, informative and courteous. Will visit this hotel again for future shoots.

This is my third time at this hotel, it is nice. Close to the beach and shopping area. The bar is also nice and there are activities to join (yoga). I like this hotel and will come back

Great Placed could be better for prices

Everyone at the Sagamore was just so friendly and helpful. The environment was super-clean although some things could be updated (in-room floors, moulding, paint) but that is being nitpicky. Beds felt luxurious. We couldn't hear people on either side of us, which was great. The common areas are beautiful. Beach access is directly across the footpath, just steps from the pool gate. Loungers on the beach are included in the resort fee, but the umbrellas, which are necessary, are not. The pool was great--water is very warm due to the climate, but it is relaxing, and the lemon water at the towel stand is a god-send. Loungers and umbrellas there were comfortable. The check-ins from the front desk were exceptional, and they gave us solid recommendations for dinners. We definitely highly recommend the Sagamore and will be telling our friends to stay here. The location is the best, sitting on the end of South Beach, far enough away from the all-hours parties, but close enough to walk to each night for dinner, and mid-beach activies were also a convenient walk. The walk/run/bike path is perfect for all those activies (run in early morning! Walk to SB/Art Deco area or mid-beach, and bike the entire path--two miles to the pier). Loved everything about our stay, and everyone who works there is just so friendly and accomodating.

I loved the art displayed all around the hotel and the different amenities. I loved the friendliness of the staff. However, my room was noisy. I could hear water running, as well as outside noise overnight. The TV only occasionally showed a clear picure.

This hotel is at a great location in South Beach with beach access through the garden a pool area with nice vibes, bar and plenty of seating options. Service is very friendly and attentive. The hotel seems to be renovated recently. On the downside, we found out suite interior absolutely not appealing and also not practical. No spot to hang up wet beach clothes anywhere. Still a 4 out of 5 as you won’t spend much time in your room in SB.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly. I didn’t like the view from my hotel room. I was staring at windows. This made us keep our curtains closed so no one could look in our room.

Hotel was amazing but the service at the beach with towels and beach chairs could’ve been much better. At a resort you pay for these items to be set up for you, they were washing the towels so they said we had to wait for towels, I waited about 20 mins went and walked to the towel/chair station & asked about towels again, the men stated they were almost done and they would bring the towels to us. Another 15 mins went by and we notice several couples being seated and given towels. We look around thinking they will come to us next, mind you they seated us closer to the ocean so it was a long walk on the sand to the towel stand. After waiting almost an hour for towels we make our way to the stand to retrieve our beach/towel cards back. I told all 3 of the men that they never brought us any towels, and one said oh you never got your towels really?, and the another one said oh my bad and started laughing. I’m not sure what was so funny, but I paid a $45 resort fee per person and I didn’t feel like they cared to give resort service.
