Toilet seat not affixed properly to commode,towel bar fell out on my foot as it was not properly installed, wooden walkway on 2nd floor had one board raised 3/4 " above surrounding boards. Did not eat breakfast there as there were only a few choices. I opted for the waffles . The premix waffle solution came out as a conco tion of grey and clear substance . Thus we completely abandoned the idea of eating breakfast there . I definitely will never frequent this hotel again.

I don't ever leave reviews but since you asked. This hotel was just overall dirty and in need of repair. Maybe dingy is the correct word. Shower rod falling down. Sink basin stained. Towels clean but dingy and stained. Floor was dirty. I felt safe there and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just seemed unclean on so many levels.

Ok, economical stay

Pretty decent hotel that is surrounded by other "better" hotels I guess. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Shower felt amazing! I did not partake in the continental breakfast, but it did look very delicious! Not the best looking property, almost rough looking, however, it is saved by it's location. I would stay there again if in town.

Do not stay here! This is definitely not a “quality inn”, nor does it have any suites! This is an old Econolodge motel. The continental breakfast they provide is a combo of cold eggs, dry cereal, and stale bagels, and a broken waffle maker! There are 2 much nicer hotels right next to this place, pay a little more and choose one of those!

Terrible terrible horrible awful bad dirty scary and will never return. If the entire city wasn’t sold out I would have never stayed the few hours I did just to get sleep. Immediately cancelled the second day and will be waiting for refunds for who knows how long

Looks like a weekly. Bbq grills outside. Scribbling on the stairs.Apartment style blinds in some units. Cigarette burns in covers. Sink water filled to the top. No hot water and the faucet in shower looked like it would come out of the wall. Rep lied and said he would switch rooms after he came up to check. 30 min passed and I called the office. He didn’t answer. I called corporate and they called the rep. He said he didn’t know how to make the water get hot.i had to take a cold shower and give my kids bird baths. Corporate did make it right. But I dont recommend this property AT ALL.

Manager would not speak with us directly about safety concerns i had...told us to talk to hotel.com instead..so we could not stay there

Very unhappy with the room cleanliness. There was so much rust inside the microwave so I ended up never using it. The bathroom was also not that good looking. Get yourself into the neighborhood Super 8 which is cheap as well as clean.

The sheets were dirty and when we asked for clean ones they handed me unfolded sheets wich I wasn't convinced that they were clean. Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Towels were stained. Tub was old and stained along with the toilet.

Their cleanness with their rooms really bad :( The building is runned down, shower was dirty stained towels and more they need to consult a third party hotel inspector so they can provide a better service.

This visit was terrible. Communication was poor and unfriendly. Room was hot and had an odor. The tv did not work. The water in the shower was cold. We only stayed one day if our trip and checked out at 7:30 am to leave. We did not have breakfast and when I checked out the person checking us out was confused about the things I told him and that we were leaving early. I asked that we not be charged for second night. He did not respond and just wrote our room number down. Did not talk any more and then walked away.

Basic value property. It worked for me as I spent no time in the room besides sleeping and the bed was clean enough.

This place is a dump. The first room they assigned to us was dirty and all of the bedding was wadded up and dumped on a bed. The second room was clean but the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the toilet bowl cover was just sitting on the bowl unsecured. The beds are rock hard. The building is run down and in desperate need of renovation. The best thing I can say sbout this dump is i never have to stay there again!

Toilet seat was broken. Rooms were hot and stuffy because ac had been off. Staff were not friendly - spoke very poor English. Mold in bathroom. Roaches in breakfast area around food.

Bathtub dirty, it was a big deal to get extra towels, air conditioner was loud, spiders loved the bathroom, no trashcan, no sheets for the pull out bed

It was ok. Might consider this property again.

Many other tiny guests were in the room as well. I have seen my share of 1 star hotels, but this was the worst. I don’t know how you could rent a room without cleaning the bathroom. No toilet paper. I’m going to burn everything I brought in the room with me, to be sure none of them followed me home.

There is an obvious bed bug infestation starting with the classic sweet musty smell. Lifting up the sheets the traces of smeared blood from the bed bugs. The floors were sticky. There was bodily fluids stained on the sheets. There was hair covering the sheets. Behind the bed were carcasses of dead bugs. I asked for a refund from the front and they refused stating they could only give me a different room! DO NOT waste your money!!!

Just unhappy with the service. Had constant issues with the WiFi and employees were unhelpful.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned there was dirt on the flors and there was dirt on ththe hand towels!

The air conditioner barely worked and wouldn’t cool the room (same with other guests in the lobby the morning after). Staff non-existent waiting on checkout. Belgian waffle batter watered down and only made a shell of a waffle (threw away after two bites). Staff seemed ambivalent to complaints.

Clean

The floor in the room was filthy. After showering and putting on clean socks. Less than 2 hours later I was going to put my shoes and my white socks were completely black on the bottom. Luckily I brought an extra pair and changed and then immediately put my shoes on. Also as we were getting our things together ready to leave - checkout was 11am - the door opened at 10:45am and two staff members attempted to come inside. No knock on the door. Curtains were pulled shut still. I ran to door and asked if checkout was 11am. They yes. I said we have 15 minutes and shut the door. I’m absolutely shocked - and angered - that they walked in without knocking. This is an annual trip was us but a first time at this hotel. Will not be going back.

It has a very dirty building, not to mention the dirty rooms everywhere you looked, furniture, beds, bathroom, floor, dirty beds full of hair and dirty sheets, terrible attention from the receptionist.

Two night stay. Room wasn’t cleaned after first night. No fresh towels, beds were not made, nothing done. Front desk attendant on check was not friendly.

Bathroom disgusting

You could tell they have been updating the rooms with new paint and flooring. The location was convenient and quiet.
