Wonderful Location, great staff, great breakfast, and they had a shuttle service.
Residence Inns always are nice to have a kitchenette and seperate living room and bedroom.
A few cons:
There is a cost to praking with them but the shuttle service is great.
The pillows werent great and i had some back pain the next day.
I do have some sciatica that i am dealing with and i event get back pain with my home bed (firm tempurpedic). Also I think as a general rule I will take my own pillow.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. Super close to metro, downtown and restaurants, and breakfast was fantastic!! Ulises and Abbie at the front desk were exceptional!!

We loved this hotel! Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful! Location is perfect, rooms are huge and having a full kitchen was terrific! It felt like we had borrowed a friend’s apartment for the weekend!! Will definitely come back! We love Old Town!! Le Refuge is our favorite restaurant and going to DC on the Metro was so easy!!!

The Residence Inn was a wonderful choice for a quick getaway to Old Town Alexandria. The rooms were great and clean, the staff was amazing: we got a complimentary upgrade, had a pack and play brought to our room for our infant, and were treated with the utmost care. We also used the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast, both were also amazing.

This is my favorite place to stay. Great location and the staff is always nice. My last visit, I thought my check out date was the day after so needless to say I received a call stating they were there to clean the room and my belongings were still in the room. They were very cool and accommodating about it and did not charge me for being late.

For the cost of the room, the parking lot view was disappointing. Parking was $40/night additional for garage. That or park on the street. Otherwise, great location for Old Town, VA

From the time I checked in Pam and another young gentleman were prime examples of the best customer service. I did not get his name, but he even asked me the next day how was my event. He was at the other side as I was checking in. They both greated us every time we entered the lobby.

The staff at this hotel was beyond friendly and accommodating. They greeted every guest with a smile and went out of their way to help us feel welcome and comfortable. We even had to extend our stay a night because of a canceled flight, and they were glad to help us sort that out. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The only slight negative is that the room decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh, but overall, we had an excellent stay!

The air conditioning unit in our room needs to be replaced! I reeked of mold! Then we accidentally turned on the heat and our entire room smelled of Burt garbage, everyone was gagging! It is not ok for your health to be in those conditions, we called for a new room but they did not have one available.

I don't think I have stayed in a friendlier hotel. Everyone member of staff offered a welcoming "hello" whatever the time of day. I think the rooms are better than the photos imply - i was bit nervous of depressing colours and wear and tear. My own negative feedback would be that the shower over the bath lacked pressure (leaked into the tub via the tap) and the air conditioning on the loud side (but very welcome).

Overall good stay. Unfortunately some very unruly guests were screaming and talking out loud in the hallway and woke us out of sleep around 1 am. Front desk was called. Security was to address the situation. Took a while to stop. Around 3 am, the same occurred once more. This time I let it go.

The nearby Whole Foods plus having restaurants in walking distance were huge pluses. For us, dog friendly & plenty of safe walking areas. Only complaint is not being more transparent about parking fee.

I stayed two nights to visit family in the area. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, the room/bed comfortable and kitchenette well equipt. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I have absolutely no compaints and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff was so nice and accommodating! Centrally located in the heart of walking distance to shops and food. The hotel was a cute apartment like feel. Whole Foods was next door it was nice to be able to cook in my room with a nice kitchen and relax watching Netflix on tv. I would definitely stay here again or recommend a friend

Great location, super staff. Rooms are large with kitchens. Comfortable bed with 55 inch tv. Close to restaurants and King St. Metro station. Breakfast was outstanding and staff was very accomadating.

We stayed overnight to attend a baseball game. The hotel was comfortable and convenient. I especially appreciated the friendly staff from housekeeping and at breakfast!
