The location of Truntum is hard to beat, close to everything

Great location, older style hotel, lots of flies in the bar area so hesitant to order cocktails

Breakfast are good lots of variety clean hotel had a wonderful stay

The view was beautiful from our sea view rooms.

Fantastic location right on Beachwalk. 3 great pools. Enormous buffet breakfast. Big hotel thats dated in places but our rooms were updated and very good.

A great central area to stay in Kuta. Hotel and staff were lovely although beds could do with an upgrade, a tad hard, maybe personal preference. Saitisfying buffet breakfast. Easy access to the street and the beach side. Reliable money exchange across the road, would stay again.

Staff were all super friendly, the hotel was nice and clean . The breakfast was great with many different options. Easy to walk from hotel to shops and restaurants, nice to be so close to the beach.

We stayed poolside rooms and they were fantastic for our family. We would def stay here again and we look forward to it.

Breakfast was a bit too busy

the gardens are maintained very well, friendly staff and great breakfast..... bathrooms are smelly, mouldy and not cleaned properly, pools have a thick rim of dirt on the tiling at water level..... expensive and not well mixed cocktails, minimal drinking water supplied, so you have to keep buying bottles..... understanding of the English language is sometimes very poor and also the communication before arriving at the property in regards to room preferences.... total misunderstanding.... costing me $ 200 extra for nothing and got charged extra $ 50 for 3 hours later check out....... ripp off ... making the decision never to come back here, very easy

facility is old and needs upgrade

Fantastic location & good facilities. Though the facility is not freshly new, the hotel is full equipped with 3 pools, beautiful tropical deco across the walk-way.

Brilliant

The hotel is in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. The in room facilities are not the best for example no mini bar or cable TV we staying in the executive suite the room was beautiful and clean.

The Truntum is well located, with great beach frontage and an easy walk to most of our favourite Kuta restaurants and shops. The breakfast is very good and the Sunset Pool works well for us, although it is not easy to get in and out of.

The hotel is old, run down and not worth the price. It's located right on Kuta beach which is it's selling point but it's a nightmare if you don't want to walk anywhere as it's on a one way street and Taxi's take forever to get down it. The room itself smelled of mold and had bugs and spiders in it and we got the deluxe room. House keeping were friendly and came everyday but there was always dirt on the floor so you couldn't walk around with no shoes on. The toilet paper is SUPER thin your fingers go through it there was better toilet paper in the Maccas around the corner. There is no lift, we were in a deluxe room(haha!) up 2 flights of stairs at the back of the hotel, if we wanted no stairs we had to walk the entire building and go to the front lobby where it is a steep incline instead of stairs.The Buffet was nice but the food options were a bit limited and you always had to wait a long time for the pancakes or eggs, the staff are slow and chat more than they serve. The pools are OK but we got a rash from swimming in one and the cocktails are limited. It is right across from Jamie Oliver and Hard Rock shop, Kuta square is about 200 meters down the road and there is a fixed price store there. Location wise it's good if you want to go to the beach but it is a long walk to everything else on unever ground. They have a dinner buffet for $15 and then have the same food the next morning at breakfast. Frankly it's not worth the amount per night there are nicer hotels.

Right on the beach , busy enough without being crazy .

Location was great and staff were lovely, however information on facilities was lacking. In room and within hotel information was not well shared. Pillows water mouldy.

Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was good aswell. Room was as described, very clean, but not alot of natural lighting. The pools were warm and shut very early.
