The hotel is not especially clean. Rooms smell. The swimmingpool is nice and the staff friendly.

Very good experience , this property is an apartment hotel, it is very confortable specially if you are traveling with kids . Yo be perfect it just need to have hot water , I didn’t like the fact that the hot water was not available all the time and for me that is a deal breaker because I cannot stand the cold water. I JAL k fix it and they says that the water hitter was too liter and the hot water runs away a very quickly , which I think is not aceptable at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The location was perfect and close to many interesting places and plenty of restaurant choice. The staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! Wendy on reception was really lovely and greeted me at a 4am check in with a smile and good conversation and everyday by name She, as well as other staff offer an exceptional service. It was a truly personal experience and we were made to feel comfortable and at home.

This is my second stay and I have extended my stay for 2 more nights. The place is good and full of amenities, but the silicon and shower need maintainc3. Silicon has mold and the shower curtain as well. The toilet seat has Un removal spots. Shower head opened on me twice. They have new waxhine machine now. The 2 bedroom is smaller than the last time

Five stars to the staff! Location for us is perfect, as we do not like the hype nor the crowds of Orchard Road. Convenience of the Bugis MRT, which took us everywhere we want to go is brilliant. Just a mention on the apartment itself, the bathroom could be maintained better. Mildew around the bath tub is unsightly, but we didn’t want anyone working on it once we have checked in. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap should be replaced after a week’s stay and were not. The door to the master bedroom creaks and opens when one leaves the apartment through the front door early, and wakes up the spouse still sleeping. However, all were forgiven because of the staff being so friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The location is good. Two separate rooms. Have nice sleep with kids in another room. Good for family vacation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good but access to pool difficult and lobby/lift very small. Reception girls were very helpful. Have to get luggage up 2 sets of stairs.

good location, close to Arab district, Bugis MRT, walkable to Raffles, Litle India

Perfect Location bar none . Opposite the Egypt quarter in Singapore . Facilities top quality, staff very polite . Would go back tomorrow if I could .

Perfect long business stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location and views are perfect. Pool is of a very good size, gym also big and clean. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Location is spot on, it is not bang in the centre but far enough to enjoy a relaxing break whilst immersed in the diversity of Singapore! Staying a little longer in Singapore, I was hoping for a home away from home, which is exactly what I found. Not cheap, this is Singapore after all, and even here you can go a lot cheaper, but worth the money for me. Large apartment with everything you need. Spectacular view, great team working hard to make your stay pleasant.

Dilla, Aishah, Zainon, Ana, the houseman / bell person (cant recall his name) and Norsiah are assets to your establishment!The above-mentioned stuff members are very professional, respectful, helpful and sunny in their dispositions!I was very touched that we were sent to our room immediately by Dilla when my daughter was very sick upon arrival - it was a long 17 hours direct flight. She literally threw up as we walked into the lobby. When my husband decided to move into a bigger room and Aishah assisted us immediately. We really felt as if we live in Singapore while staying with you - it was hard to leave and to bid you farewell too. Thank you very much for that pleasant experience! Your ever-smiling faces will linger in our hearts always.

Perfect place to stay if your wanting to access most things in Singapore. Walking distance to many shopping centres and the MRT and buses will take you to other places that you can’t walk to

I booked 7 nights, in a twin bed apartment for my 11 yr old granddaughter & I. We arrived at 7.30am, wanted to have a shower at the gym & a swim then leave our bags until check in time. Instead we waited 10mins for the staff to find us another apartment that met our needs & headed off to our apartment, which was great & we did appreciate it. The apartment had a large master bedroom & a small one with a single bed & built in wardrobe- perfect for a child. The shared bathroom was fine. The kitchen area was excellent & it was great having a washing machine. My only comment would be not everyone comes from a country where washer / dryer combos are the norm so an instruction on how to use it would have been helpful as it was intuitive - we couldnt get the dryer bit to work at all so hung our clothes in the bathroom. There was a welcome basket with biscuits, coffee, tea & some nuts, which was very nice. The pool is shared with the ParkRoyal hotel, Pan Pacific hotel & apartments so quite a few people there but it was a large, very nice pool. A few more chairs or loungers would have been nice. The staff were very helpful. It was great having the hotel phone to take around, excellent for buying discounted attractions tickets & google maps when checking where to go. Arab St area is right across the road so easy to get great meals. The call to praye at the mosque, at 5.38am, did wake me up,but I was in Asia so enjoyed hearing it then went back to sleep. I will stay here again.

10 min walk either way to mrt stations. If you can get on the right side of the building, superb views. House keeping most days.

the hotel is at the most central location, close to almost all Singapore attractions. the staff is extremely cooperative and this handy buddy device available in each room is very helpful.

Close to everything, especially the fabulous Arab quarter. also close to 2 MRT stations which are so easy to use. The front office staff were very helpful and always eager to help. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
