Fabulous hotel ! Our room was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we wanted the staff were always polite and helpful would definitely stay there again

Room service phone was not working. Mosquito’s were exists in the room and couldn’t slip well.

Ramayana was recommended to me . I’ve never been to Bali and I’m primarily in the country to attend my son’s wedding in Canggu. I was very disappointed with Ramayana for these reasons: 1. Very strong incense odor throughout the hallway leading into my room. At times , it made me nauseous. 2. Very noticeable musty odor in the bathroom. No proper ventilation in there . 3. Second AC unit in room also had musty odor similar to bathroom. Had to shut that one off, I thought. There might be mold issue going on. 4. Shower stall looks it has mold. 5. I booked 2 rooms for 3 people, my husband , my son and myself. I was given 2 family rooms each with 1 king bed and 2 other full size beds. I don’t think I would book that type of room, but they said I did. No effort was made to change the accommodations. The staff are very nice and willing to help, but language is an issue. Most have very limited understanding and weren’t really able to help nor tried to find someone who could help.

Lovely resort in the heart of Kuta. Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Our ground floor room was lovely. A little disappointed with service around the pool. Not enough staff on duty.

Great hotel, just 2 minutes from Kuta Beach, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice pool, friendly staff. Breakfast needs improvement in variety, same every 2 days. Humidity smell in room

Lovely hotel , gardens around pool are amazing,friendly staff and close to good restaurants and easy to find transport, good location walking distance to kuta beach . We had a issue with our tv and they fixed problem immediately

Room was dirty, bathroom especially, mouldy shower, cracked tiles around the bath, drain in the bath blocked so when you have a shower the bath fills up with dirty smelly water, bath towels supplied had holes in them as did the bed sheets, i requested a ground floor room our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the main street of kuta so was very noisy, couldn't sit out on balcony in the afternoon as it was to hot and there was no shade. We paid for breakfast but couldn't eat it as it was very disorganised and the food was cold and twice a rat came running out of the garden straight into the dinning room myself and the other guests had to sit with our feet up. Poor selection of food for room service we couldn't even order that to eat in our room we resorted to eating all our meals including breakfast out . For what we paid to stay there which should of included breakfast it was extremely disappointing and we will never stay there again or recommend it the other thing the king size bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete it was so hard that my husband and i have both come away with sore backs, necks and shoulders

We had a wonderful stay at Ramayana in March 2024. The property is beautiful if you are looking for a convenient location in Kuta, walking distance to everything. the pool is an oasis of green and quiet. Staff are friendly and efficient and food is great at all of the attached restaurants. We loved our stay there and would be happy to go again.

Overall the property was very good. Could do with towel hooks in bathroom and doors were scraping on floor when trying to open bathroom patio and front doors. The best buffet breakfast I have sampled

Stayed for one night on my way out from Bali. The place is very run down. Blinds that leak sunlight, lacking soundproofing, nothing to plug your cell phone on the bedside, and overall dusty motel feel. The reviews said it's a "quiet oasis of piece" but couldn't disagree more. I stayed on the top floor and listened to traffic noises and fireworks all night. Internet was spotty. I think it's ok for one night but would for sure not stay here for longer.

Hotel was great and very accommodative. However, booking through Hotels.com experience was absolutely bad. Booked the hotel as it was showing 65 sqm and it was just 35 sqm. The services that they were marketing were actually did not exists. qhen I complained to Hotels.com, they offered me to leave the hotel with two kids and book something else at the last minute. Blaming hotel for not offering services which didn’t even exist. I ended up staying with two kids in very small room for 5 nights as the other hotels were way too expensive to make instant bookings in Bali.

Excellent place to stay with family. Close to Kuta Beach and Waterbomb park

We returned to this hotel after our first visit 10 years ago when we heard it was renovated. The rooms are large and comfortable, highly recommend the suite due to the features like water chiller, microwave and large fridge. Lack of minibar was suprising however less common these days in Bali. The bed and pillows were the best I have ever experienced, sleeping was an absolute pleasure on the bed thanks to the matress topper. The hotel has a good breakfast (not amazing) but definately handy before going out for the day. The pool was always clean and nice to swim, plenty of attendants around the pool. The two adjoining restaraunts are quite good and definately worth a visit. Some little touches were missing, we arrived in pouring rain at 3am and the lobby staff saw us arrive and didn't help unload heavy bags despite heavy rain. Luckily they were expecting us so we were able to checkin quickly. A very good option for value, although not sensational.

Good property in the middle of Kuta

Absolutely loved my stay at Ramayana. Highly recommend it so of course, I would choose to stay there again. If you can tolerate the heat, most places are walking distance so it’s a very convenient location. Loved how the 2-bedroom offered a washing machine. It was a super comfortable stay.

Central location with all the amenities. We had a great break.
