I had an electrical issue in my room - kept losing power. The maintenance and front desk coordinated a response daily to the issue. Even though it was a negative, the level of service and communication made it ok

I didn’t stay here on those dates. I wasn’t even in KL so there could be something wrong with the system. Rated all 5-stars because I have been there before and it was good then.

Had a great experience with my friends at le meridien. Reason we chose this hotel was because of the walking distance from the train station to the hotel. Pretty much saves us some travelling time. The staffs were friendly and helpful too. Although they need to work on the cleanliness of the room a little just a little. Other than that, it was all good. Massage was good too!

Once again a fantastic stay at a brilliant hotel. We love this hotel.... position perfect...staff brilliant... cannot fault it!! We stayed at club level and well worth the extra expense!! Thank you all !! We'll be back soon.

This is the best property to stay at if you are new to Kuala Lumpur. If you take the KLIA Express from the airport to KL Sentral, once you are in the arrival terminal, look up and follow the signs because the terminal is connected to an overhead walk to the hotel. You have to take a couple of elevators but if you follow the signs you will find it, no need to get a taxi or go outside which is good especially if arriving late at night. KL Sentral also has a late night convenience store for snacks. Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful staff you won't be disappointed.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff, especially Mr Baba and Mr Mahendrar, for their great kindness and attentive service for us over the three days. Moreover, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the high quality and content of the breakfast, and the quite reasonable rate for the accommodations made us definitely want to stay here the next time I visited Kuala Lumpur.
It is also worth mentioning that despite their busy schedule and hard work, they were always smiling and helpful for us. We deeply appreciate the above.

Thank you for a great stay once again! The receptionist (super friendly on check in) and Sohowan by the gastro bar/ pool area were both standout staff members. Lovely property that is handy to the central station and the pool with waterfall was a major draw and for my repeat visit to this property in the past 6 months.

Super nice hotel with good restaurants and service all over. Prices, such at the pool area are very high though. Good gym and very nice rooms. Super easy to connect to the KLIA Express etc. which is just below the hotel.

Loved this hotel's convenient location. Attached and walkable indoors from KL Central. Great features and extremely large rooms, with beautiful views.
I can't wait to stay here again!
This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the only draw back is that getting around by foot is nearly impossible outdoors. It seems KL is not a pedestrian city. You need to walk indoors from building to building, with less than stellar signage and wayfinding. It's an adventure.

Outstanding variety at breakfast, including some of the best croissants we have ever eaten. Also, the concierge staff, including Chia, Kapau, Khai, Liton, and Rohaizat, were especially helpful concerning transportation and other advice. We used both cars and trains with their help - being right next to the central train/subway station was great.

Excellent hotel for business trip to KL. Train from KLIA drops you right under the hotel.
Food options at the hotel are generally high quality. The only issue with the hotel is also it's best feature. It's city centre location can make it hard to navigate to by car unless you know exactly where you are going.

Back at Le Meridien KL We have stayed at this hotel more then 8 times. Finally back after Covid and it was great seeing the hotel has been renovated up to a new fresh look. The rooms are great, the pool is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was a great choice! A few minutes walk from the train station which made is very accessible with luggages. Easy to find with the signage near escalator. Their service is efficient and pleasant, room was comfortable and love their shower (strong warm water with a cool rainshower)!
