Amazing place to stay. Not sure if the exact history but it is an old creole house. Splendid and excellent location literally a few minutes from Bourbon Street on foot but away from the noise so that you could actually enjoy relaxation time

Upon arrival, we requested early check in and was notified when the room was ready. We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor. Upon Entering the room, we noticed that the room did not match the pictures displayed. This room was much smaller than expected, especially for 3 of us.
Body wash containers were completely empty, zero towels or washcloths in the room. I visited the desk and was given linens- 2 towels and 2 washcloths. I was told that the Inn didn’t have enough to go around to all the rooms and they had to distribute them.
The lock on the door doesn’t lock which doesn’t necessarily feel safe, warping is the door made it so the door was extremely difficult to close. The ceiling constantly leaked from the fan in the bathroom and down the wall from the AC.
Walls are paper thin. We were woken every morning at 7am by activities in the room on the other side of the wall.
Overall, staff was very helpful and inviting. Understanding that the Inn is a very old property, helps me see why something’s just were new.
Bed was extremely comfortable.

my key kept getting deactivated so I had to constantly go to the office over and over with each exit... need to fix entry door to number 40... the shutter also keep banging in the wind ... rooms were clean but the air just barely kept me cool needs a shot of frion... you also need to put mini fridge in the room.

The first room we're at the bed was dirty to hear the new room was better than we had a chance again because it flooded with a staff is great they are all awesome and they let us stay a little longer to our flight left at 7:30

Definitely came in clutch for a nights stay. Dwayne was so nice and gave great recommendations. Only thing was the sink would not drain properly so I had to brush my teeth in the shower. Other than that, it was pretty decent and affordable.

Staff was kind. Room was clean. Only down was a leak in the corner and the rooms were quite small. However the experience was seamless!

This place is always clean and reasonably priced.

Best thing about The Inn on St Inn besides the cleanliness and quietness was the location. Easily walking distance from Bourbon Street.

Stay was great. Staff was nice and attentive. There was a sign on door when we arrived that they had stepped away with a phone number but the staff answered quickly and arrived on site within minutes. Our ac was leaking water which was all over the floor when arrived. They didn’t fix while there but a bucket solved the issue which they provided. Room was cold, cozy, super cozy and better than any quarter room I’ve stayed in before. Court yard was beautiful and added to the quality of the stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. I only saw one bug in the courtyard and none in the room. Every time I book a room at Inn on St. Ann, I am given a room in a different building. The only downside now is the parking. Up until this summer's visit, I could park on the street in front of my building. Now ALL street parking in the French Quarter is limited to 2 hours unless having a Resident Parking Sticker. The friendly staff directed me to a public parking lot 4 blocks away. It was over $80 for 24 hours! Without street parking, all hotels without their own parking need to drop prices dramatically or work out deals for fair customer prices at various nearby lots.

We call the hotel before we booked and was told the was parking. When we got there was limited street parking .

Something was leaking in the patio and made it difficult to sit outside. It was basically a large puddle of water. and it was leaking from the second floor as well. Do t know what that was from.

Great place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter. Amazing history ❤️

Great location, close to Bourbon but in a quieter neighborhood. Our room was equipped with a very large wardrobe but it didn't have any hangers. I requested some but they never arrived. House keeping comes every 3 days to replace towels. Unfortunately they took all our dirty towels and replaced them with only washcloths. Had to go across the street to the office to get full sized towels.
All in all the hotel was just ok. The rooms are on the smaller side but having access to a private courtyard makes up for the little room.
Staff in the office was wonderful.

The property was very close to everything! Only downside was that there was no fridge or microwave.

No closet bar and no hangers for our clothes. Air conditioner control unit was falling off the wall. No handles on the dresser drawers so could not open them. People were very loud coming in and talking in the hall 2am. No one there to monitor the talking and loud noise. Also staff member put on loud music at the front desk at 7am. Had to go out and tell them to shut it off. Gary was great but very little he could do to help the situations. Would not stay there again and its unfortunate since it was a good location. They need to fix some of the issues before having people pay and stay. Our whole time we were putting our clothes on chairs, mirrors and doors. Very unacceptable.

It was so close to everything. Within walking distance of the whole French quarter but not so close you had to be right in the middle of the party. I wish it had a fridge. But overall a great experience.

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. 5/10 minute walk from bourbon/Canal street

Very small room, i understand its a old historic building but the room was too small. The shower i barely fit in. The sink had nowhere to put my toothbrush. The tv was missing channels and the AC wasnt keeping up with the heat. Very friendly employees but i definitely wouldn't stay again.

I was very happy with my stay and would come back again. It is an INN with guesthouses with rooms, not a fancy hotel. It suited my needs, great helpful staff, quiet location and yet just a few streets walking to buzzling Bourbon street in the evening, with bars, restaurants and live entertainment. I was in the guesthouse and had to go across the street to the main building to fill my ice bucket. My only wish is for every room to have a small refrigerator for water, soda, yoghurt and fruits. I would stay here again next time.

The rooms are VERY SMALL i got a deluxe queen. The shower is VERY SMALL. (Im tall but not large) the sink tiny. Nowhere to set your toothbrush. I will say very friendly staff and the room was clean. The tv was missing channels my first day. And the ac had trouble keeping the room cold. It is a old historic hotel. I am aware of that. But on a trip you want to be comfortable.. i wouldn't stay here again.

Property is a great location. Walking distance to the french quarter. Be warned its an old building and there are no elevators so if you get the third floor take your time it will feel like you are going to the attic. You may or may not get knobs on your dresser, your outlets and coffee maker may or may not work. Also the internet and cable may or may not work. I left after 2 nights I was supposed to stay 6 nights.

GARY IS THE BEST. HE MAKES ME WANT TO GO BACK NOW. The whole experience was amazing..

Everything would’ve been excellent except for the person on duty at the front desk pressured us into checking out by 11am. She even came up to the room at 11:10am with additional staff to see if we had checked out. That’s after I checked luggage with her (for safekeeping) since my flight didn’t leave until 6:45.

The room was adorable and the property has a lot of personality. There was a small, cute courtyard and fountain right outside our room. But my most favorite part of this place was Gabbie. Gabbie works behind the desk overnight. She recommended places to eat and go. Where to Park, scheduled us for a ghost tour and then when we accidentally slept through our ghost tour, went out of her way to reschedule it for us. Every hotel needs a Gabbie. I don’t have enough great things to say about her.

I did not realize when I booked that I would be across the street from what I thought was the actual property. Parking was $100 so we parked at another hotel garage for $40. Very misleading.

Wonderful staff. When we checked in the guy there treated us like old friends. It was or second stay here, loved it both times. Loved it more this time because of the front desk guy.

I know it’s not a staff control but my only uncomfortable experience was that the internet keep going in and out. Other then that I was a wonderful experience.

We stayed four nights. This property is exactly as advertised. Very quiet for being so close to everything. Very clean. Wonderful experience and would most definitely stay there again. Staff was amazing.

We never got to stay there, we arrived to a rude employee. We were sent to St. Peter’s inn. We didn’t want to stay there we wanted the st Ann because of the history! The night we arrived an employee told me they were booked solid, come to find out she lied. I can’t really rate this place but I can say we will never book with these sister hotels again. They said they would refund one night, we stayed 3.
