The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and the head chef was also very proud of their dishes which made eating more enjoyable. Overall great.

We booked this Hotel for 3 nights because of its proximity to Benidorm Palace. It is directly opposite and ideal to get to after the Show. Very clean and large bedroom. All good apart from Restaurant where we felt food offering was not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in previously in Benidorm. First time we have not been able to have Cava with breakfast. Very disappointing as it was our Ruby Wedding anniversary!

First time in this Hotel and I loved it. A large bright room, comfortable beds and some UK TV channels. A large outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Staff in the restaurant very efficient, helpful and cheerful. The good choice of food to suite everyone's taste All parts of the Hotel were clean and bright. Ideal place to stay if you plan to visit Benidorm Palace. Safe parking in the Hotels underground car park.

Very clean food was good the staff were very friendly the only down fall that I found with the hotel was the entertainment which I thought was very poor.

We‘ve never been to Benidorm before and didn’t know what to expect but the hotel was quiet, safe and the staff were really friendly. The pool area was great and the hotel was in a convenient spot and right opposite the Benidorm Palace theatre. The only thing that let it down a bit was the all inclusive food which was very English, except a decent paella at lunchtimes but it was tasty if not very adventurous!

Drove to Hotel from Gibraltar to see a show at Benidorm Palace This hotel is situated just opposite the show Venue We went half board and the food was value for money It was clean and the evening entertainment quite acceptable However I had to pay extra for covered parking because my booking was via Hotels .com Upon querying this I was informed that free parking was only applicable to bookings directly with the hotel Perhaps Hotels.com could look into this and rectify if possible

3rd time staying at the hotel but this time with family, we all had a fab time. First time family have stayed and they loved it.Food really good and you would have to be really fussy & finicky not to find something you enjoyed. Staff very friendly & helpful, excellent experience all round.

Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of plugs for devices. Front desk was very helpful and spoke english. Free parking on street but limited. Didnot like the twin bed system. Breakfast and supper menus not good. The cleaning staff of the dinning room was excellent.

A nice hotel, we a leak in the bathroom and it was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it, so excellent service regarding that. The breakfasts were very good, although we did get caught out a little by the later start of the breakfast service on the Sunday. Overall a good stay. It’s the second time I have stayed at this hotel (some seven years earlier) and it was an excellent stay then also.

Was a very good hotel, nice food, entertainment at nights. Don't forget to get all inclusive

The beds are so uncomfortable and lumpy please get new memory foam mattress. The food was not nice too. Breakfast very basic and the hot food was cold on the counters. Not very appetising at all. We are out most of the time even though the family has all inclusive.

nice hotel great food the magic show was great entertainment on the Friday. Close to the beach sctually walkable and enjoy the views on the way.

As was another member of staff when approached with a question for information. he main upset with our stay, was that around 7.50 in the morning, we were awoken by the hotel reception calling the room to check that we still required our transfer to the airport. I was not impressed by this, as obviously details were not check, and it was very disturbing to be woken by such a thing. I know its not an early time, but nevertheless, not very customer focused.

Hotel is always clean and tidy. Garage is easy to use.

Booked this hotel for two nights when going to the Benidorm Palace, will definitely be back. Everything you could want for breakfast, all cooked fresh even chocolate and churros ! Only reason gave 4* for room was it was November, but too warm, otherwise was perfect, large, bright,and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows extra in wardrobe, English television.
