What a nice surprise stumbling on the Harbor House Inn. Each casita is like a small apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom, walk in closet with a safe, robes, extra pillows, a seating area, and a clean and modern bathroom with plush towels and toiletries. Walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Loved this place. It was so obvious how much of their heart the owners put in. Great location, free bikes and beach equipment. Also snacks at the front!

Hotel suite was nice. Studio apartment with good room. Sitting area while small, was fine but watching TV is mainly done on the bed. Full kitchen and coffee maker with coffee was great. Daily room cleaning if requested. Bed was very comfortable and I would stay there again. Location was ideal for quick walks to the beach or 10 minute walk to restaurants in the area

Had a very pleasant weekend at Harbor House Inn. Property was clean and well kept with beach and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable room with attention to detail decor and furnishings. Outdoor seating area is a bonus. Only drawback is the parking spaces are small, but there were street parking spaces available. Plan to stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful place! All of the 5 star reviews are right! Don’t consider another place; this is the best! Great location, extremely clean , comfortable, staff is friendly and informative. Could use a step stool to get into the plush bed.

Great place. Spacious area with updated bathroom and nice kitchenette. Perfectly located with access to beach, harbor, SB college, and state street. Hard to find a negative. If I go back to Santa Barbara, I will definitely stay there.

Beautifully appointed property in lovely quiet residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the harbor, Stearns Wharf, State Street ( which is largely pedestrianized). The whole of the downtown is bike friendly also. Beach cruiser bikes are provided by the hotel as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This was the first time I stayed in Santa Barbara and was very pleased with the Harbor House Inn! All the employees are outstanding and very helpful. When I checked in Tanya showed me the map of Santa Barbara and gave me some restaurant recommendations which I love! Everything is within walking distance and the area is very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Family friendly. Modern feel, seems up to date but has the quaint, small town vibe. Very clean inn and relaxing. Small business owned, hosts are super kind and warm. They had bikes and beach gear! Inn is walkable close to all spots within SB downtown. We loved our stay.

This is a small inn so you are interacting with the owner and her family for the most part which means they really care. Super sweet people. Clean and comfy rooms and walking distance from beach and downtown. Have stayed 2 times and will be back!

This was my second time staying here. Staff at the front desk is friendly. It’s within walking and biking distance to the beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Great little property! Even had the opportunity to rent bikes to go along the waterfront! The hotel room had everything we needed. Only thing we would say negatively is that the room was a little cramped (especially once you open your suitcase). Great experience overall! Would recommend.

We LOVED our stay! The check in was welcoming. The room was small but had huge character. The grounds are relaxing and inviting. The bed was comfortable. We will be back!
