Very impressed with the standards of the rooms and one of the best buffet breakfasts I have experienced in Europe. Only things to improve: the shower head was very small (in fact it was just a small douche) and there are only ironing facilities on the ground floor (not ideal if you are coming for business). I would definitely go back though as location and service were of the highest standards.

Great stay until the part at the every end. They recommended I park my car in their corporate affiliate garage, which was further away than 5 or so alternative car parks. On check out day, I had to pay for my parking voucher, €30 daily. On the way to the car park, I lost my voucher so I went back to reception and asked if I could have a replacement and they said no, I would have to pay another €30 or just pay the standard parking charges. Fair enough, it was my fault for losing the voucher but I felt like reception made no attempt to help and made me feel a little cheated.

The stay was very uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working and no refund or discount was given for the first night that we had to forcefully stay at the property. We had to check out the next day and move to another hotel which costed us a lot more. This is not expected from a property for which we paid so much. One night and the next day of our holiday got
ruined because of lack of sleep, shifting rooms and hotels. We expect some refund from the property.

We stayed one night in Vienna. The hotel was in a great spot and very beautiful. The parking garage was a bit of a walk, but it was easy to drop off the luggage at the hotel and then go park and walk back. We didn't need our car while in Vienna, so it worked out fine.

Absolutely fantastic location. It is very inconvenient if you drive to Vienna though. No parking and you have to leave the car in a garage at least 1/2 mile away and hike with all your bags through the streets of Vienna. We didn't like this aspect.

It was a wonderful location near so many different things. Everything was walkable and such a beautiful area.

Excellent hotel! Amazing location!! Very close to everything. Good breakfast which was included. Not so good to get an Uber because are is very walking friendly. Hard to get cars in this area. Also our room had no AC but some did. It was hot the first night but they gave us a fan which really helped. Staff was excellent!

I paid 199 euro/night mid april. Old-aged looking hotel with some renovated rooms. I took the least expensive room and it had plastic floor (looks like wood but it is not). Furniture were really dated; the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, ever for NY standards. Clean place, outstanding location, good breakfast included in the room price.

Staff was one of the friendliest and helpful we ever had in our travels. Breakfast and dining room were top of the line. Almost everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Definitely will book it again

Nice location - nice service; but room is weird. There are 2 windows but those were useless. Both were against wall - other room is 2 meters from our window. Luckily other window was "milk class". Weird feeling - no real windows...

The economy single room was clean, bigger than anticipated, very comfortable, and included all necessary amenities and more. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic for most major attractions.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Vienna and within a short walking distance of everything. Hotel is nice although our room was very basic. Shower was adequate but only a handheld shower on a stand. No water left in room nor any tea or coffee making facilities in room. Our room (209) was very noisy at night and early morning from rubbish carts. Expensive for what it was although definitely paying for the location. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before with family and friends but this time it was a bit disappointed. Most of the staff was tired without focus and they made many mistakes. Maybe because it has been busy for Christmas or maybe they got a new manager I don’t know. I hope it will be better next time

This hotel is great for the location but that’s about it. Be careful when booking, a lot of the rooms open only into an interior part. The bathroom was so tiny, the toilet felt like I was on an airplane. The shower was maybe 2 feet by 2 feet at most.

The hotel is in the city centre. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, excellent location. The rooms were a little small and there was not a big choice of international TV channels. The wifi was very good

Great location, tasty breakfast and nice rooms. However, their Wifi network needs an upgrade. You can’t get a connection almost anywhere, and when you do, it is terribly slow.

A classic hotel nestled into the Inner Stadt, it is near a myriad of restaurants, cafes, and the many sights to see. Connections can be readily made to the metro and trams to get most anywhere you want.
Staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast is quite good. Well recommended.
