Great one night stay near the airport before flying home. Pool area is great and apartment was nice and spacious. Given location, planes are a little noisy flying over in the day.

Fourth time we have stayed at this establishment. Apartment was in a lovely position enjoying the sun all day. Very clean and well equipped. Convenient for local restaurants and sea front.

Lovely Accommodation very well equipped. Beds super comfy. Polite staff. Supermarket reasonably priced however very close to other bigger supermarkets - bit cheaper. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom Apartment which was around the swimming pool.

Situated in very quiet area except landing planes at near airport ( one km straight line away from Nautilus), which may be disturbing for sensitive people-for our family it was not a problem. 200 meters to beach and few km long promenade, good breakfast offer and cleaning service. Sunbeds around pool always available, pool was not heated in Nov when we were there. About 20 flats are situated around the pool rest are second and third row. All facilities are accessible by people with disability.

This is an excellent facility, so close to lots of amenities and the beach, staff so friendly and helpful. Also this is a very quiet facility every resident we meet was so pleasant. Room had great Wi-Fi and television was available, cleanliness was 110%. Not a single complaint.

We had a lovely week stay with breakfast which was varied each day which was really good. The whole place was kept immaculate and the rooms had everything you would need for self-catering. All of the staff we met were friendly and for us most of all it was very peaceful and relaxing we will come back in the future.

Great hotel and very spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The Dutch girl at reception was very professional and very good person. If you had a problem she would sort it out ASAP. The only negative was the breakfast was not very good.

Stayed as a family of 4 from 20th-28th February 2018.Had 2 bed-roomed apartment. 2 single beds in one room and 2 single beds pushed together for us as a couple. Disappointed that it wasn't a double bed. Overall, I would rate Nautilus as good and booked following the rating reviews of 'Superb'. I don't really have any complaints but would give this advice. I wanted somewhere quiet to get over a recent bereavement and asked the hotel to accommodate that, which they did. However, it was a little too quiet for us and we just didn't see any people around after the sun went down. I found myself whispering, so as not to disturb other guests. Nautilus is in Matagorda and the entire place was just like a ghost town. I have never been anywhere so quiet. Maybe it was the weather but just SO weird. We had a few sunny days with temperatures of 23 degrees but not many. At night, it dropped to around 16 degrees and the wind made it cold. Our apartment didn't have any heating, so our boys were cold in their beds at times. There is absolutely no heating in the bedrooms and I would like to see this improved. It appears to me that air conditioning is free on Hotels.com website. However, this is an extra charge at the hotel but we obviously didn't need it. Again, there is a 2 Euro charge PER NIGHT for the safe and a 10 Euro deposit. There is a drying area for your cloths but it flooded our kitchen when it rained. Water tank too small and ran out of water for showers. Annoying. Staff friendly

The location was quite a bit out from the centre of Puerto Del Carmen, and quite a walk from the old town - which is well worth several visits. Lovely relaxing break.One exceptionally friendly & caring reception staff member (Avy) - unfortunately a few others who fell short of friendliness and genuine interest in making our holiday experience the best it can be.Well done and thank you Avy.

5 night stay in Lanzarote. Hotel was around a 20 minute walk to the main strip OR 4-5 mins in taxi. We used to call taxi from the hotel, would arrive in less than a minute and charge us €4-€5 euros to the centre. Airport is very close and took us less than 5 mins and €10 to the hotel. Staff were nice. A bit funny when we got asked to pay for fresh towels. Pool was nice, cold but enough to take a dip in. Breakfast was average. Hotel was quite with mainly older people staying here

Me and 2 others stayed here in an apartment style room with a bedroom with two single beds and a pull out bed in the sitting room under the couch. Only stayed for a night but the room was nice and spacious and the hotel very well kept , plus there is a fantastic big swimming pool and also a supermarket within the hotel so a very good hotel overall.

The hotel is great if you're looking to get away from it all. We loved the location as it was quiet but close enough for us to walk/cycle along the beach to other more lively areas. The apartments are fairly basic but clean and functional, the staff are helpful and the pool area is great. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second visit to the Nautilus and again was not disappointed the staff are so friendly the rooms spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the apartment you could possibly need, There is a little noise from the airport during the day but certainly not enough to spoil your enjoyment and of course there are no night flights so all is quiet and peaceful during the night, The apartments are also geared up in full for disabled guests and add to this plenty of eateries close by to enjoy and would certainly recommend to anyone in fact we have booked again to stay later this year

As many will have said before me, the Nautilus is excellent! The apartments are clean and well equipped, the complex is spotless, the staff very friendly and the pool area fabulous. In particular, the resort is brilliantly equipped for the less able bodied. I honestly cant fault the place if youre looking for a low key getaway in a quiet part of Lanzarote.

These apartments/bungalows are spotless I could fault them. Catering in every way for disabled people. Each apartment is support with 2 sun beds a sun parasol and table and chairs. The swimming pool is spotlessly clean and the pool is heated to around 24 degrees they have a little thermometer in at all times. You are a minute from the beach and shopping centre. Having stayed in a large hotel nearby many times that happened to be getting renovated during our time we decided to try the nautilus cause we like the area. I can now say without a doubt this is our top choice now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stayed on a self catering basis so cannot comment on meals but the hotel had all the facilities for a great stay, The rooms were spotlessly clean and all you needed was available in the room they also catered well for the infirm even down to a hoist to lower those incapable into the swimming pool and all areas on a single storey level for easy access, There is a little aircraft noise during the day being quite close to the airport but in no way spoils the stay and of course no night flights to spoil the nights Overall a very pleasurable stay

Average Hotel in great location but room and patio area full of Ants , asked about the problem at hotel reception just to be told you always get them when it's hot ! And told that there was a bug spray under the sink if I wanted to use it. Air con in the room comes as an additional price also . 7 euros per day to hire the remote control . Although if you open the cover on the air con you can press a button and use it for free which they don't tell you either . Wouldn't rush to go back , better hotels for less money around the area.

Very quite hotel despite being close to the airport. Very well kept and very clean. Close to restaurants and shops but a taxi ride from Puerto Del Carmen. Overall very happy with the apartments and kids had a great time.

My wife and I took our two grand children aged 3 and 9 for a weeks stay in the last week of April 2015. We all found it a great place with good amenities, friendly helpful staff and a great location for walking out to nearby restaurants in the evening. Suitable for people looking for a relaxing time not for people who want blaring music around the pool with organised activities for their kids while they get drunk. Nautilus has an atmosphere more like a private residence with a shared pool as opposed to a holiday hotel.

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay in a great location

Friendly hotel staff and comfortable room with good pool facilities. Ideally situated as near to the airport, with fairly short cab ride to the old town.
