Old world charm in a fantastic location for visiting the sites and the city. The room we had was with sea views. It was the upgrade. The room and bathroom looks updated and quite spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing.
Service all around has been fantastic.

The property overlooks the city of Cebu while the mountain view is just as amazing and full
of serenity. I’ve stayed in this hotel for about vee 20 years.

The staff were sort of rude. At first they tried to pawn a twin room off on me and connect the beds when I specifically reserved a king. When I gave them my itenerary number they changed their tune. On taking the elevator to my room I couldn't get the elevator to work. A staff member was right there. I inquired and he showed me that you have to insert your room card to access control. When I thanked him he just looked at me like I was stupid.

Beautiful property, cheerful staff. Check-in time is 3pm. Despite arriving at 320pm we waited about 45 minutes for the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff were helpful and pleasant although not as warm and welcoming as in the other hotels. They are generally impersonal except for a few. The shower does not drain fast and the water pools outside the shower. The pool and the environment are nice.

Our stay was very smooth and staff are very friendly and accomodating. We had fun in the pool with the kiddos and room was very good as well with good air conditioned. Thank you again

Excellent customer service of all the staff. They are all attentive to our needs and everyone greeted us. Such a nice place to unwind. Classy on its own. Felt safe and entertainment at the lobby lounge is a bonus. Thanks to Kristine and others at Cafe Marco. Highly recommended.

Great facility great room great staff. My only one dislike was room service after 10 o’clock. They only offer local Asian food and slightly got food poisoning, eating pineapples from the hotel.

the only hotel where I felt so dehydrated that I thought I would develop an acute kidney injury due to a very limited drinking water supply. A 330 ml water a day is all they can provide! tsk tsk tsk

Blackout for almost An hour. Back up generator didn’t kick in right away. We are stocked at the 17th floor with no light At .
The rooms are outdated. Towels are old, Everything‘s old. I wish they will update everything and restore the hotel to its glory. I appreciate the staff. They are very attentive and respectful.
Frontless people should be fired and relieve with people who are more friendly.

Tv has a box "Smart Device" in the corner that drives you crazy and the tech stated that they don't know how to make it go away.
The pool is shallow.
The rooms ceiling looks like it could fall at any moment.
The area is sketchy.
It's a ways from town and things to do.
Hair dryer only blows cool air and shuts itself off.

I love the quietness of the hotel, the rooms are so tidy and the views are awesome. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Love the place, am a regular guest. What I do not like, Sauna is that part of guests privilege, for a fee

Family Reunion of sorts 5 adults a teen and a child. 2 rooms reasonably priced but it is an older building and we weren’t overly happy with the way the A/C wasn’t cutting out! Renovations going on ob the roof restaurant so we missed that experience too! The breakfast buffet was incredible! Best we’ve had anywhere close to if not equal to cruise ships!
