We had a top floor room that had a good view of the roof tops. The room and bed were excellent and the bathroom was roomy and modern. A square with restaurants and shops was 50 yards away. The only issue during the stay was we had no help carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of the city. We paid extra for the top floor view and it was worth it. A wonderful base to explore Provence.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Arles, within walking distance to the Van Gogh Center, Amphitheater, numerous restaurants and shops. Courteous, friendly staff. On-site breakfast is convenient because many local cafes did not open until much later in the morning. Our room with 2 twins was spacious, beds were comfortable, location is quiet. Just FYI, no elevator, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the setting, music and the art inside the hotel. The feel was so relaxed and soothing after traveling all day. The morning breakfast was well prepared and gentile. All of the staff made me feel very special and important.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. Loved the hotel decor and art work! Parking was a challenge. Breakfast was convenient but not fresh.

The Room was very big with a nice little sitting area. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old city, a block from the "Bull Ring". It is near several Roman historical sites, which can be visited on foot in one afternoon. The hotel is a 10 minutes walking distance, from the train station. It is just a great boutique hotel for visiting Arles!

Wonderful location and Old World property!

This was an unexpected and delightful hotel. We only stayed one night to catch a cruise and found little shops and bistros within walking distance. Our hotel room was beautiful, elegant and convenient. We were on the top floor so be prepared for no elevator but the manager carried all bags up and down. We loved the hotel!!

They tried to make Arles a tourist destination like Avignon, but failed. The city is dirty, full of shady characters, but worst of all, the entire town has no streetlights so when you you finish dinner, prepare to walk in the absolute dark down alleyways and narrow streets.

Amazing interior: feels like sleeping in a castle, very tastefully decorated and well appointed! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Very reasonably priced! All of that in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street so convenient and also allowing for a restful night sleep (equipped with a very efficient and quiet air-conditioning). No elevator though so plan accordingly! Highly recommended!

Had I planned better, I would have stayed longer as the photo-extavaganza that is Recontre d'Arles was due to start over the weekend that I had booked. The room was spacious and properly cleaned. The hotel still makes some adjustments following the effects of Covid 19. The hotel has ample lounge space should it be needed with an overall quiet ambiance. The hotel is within easy reach of the two oldest of Arles's attractions - the Roman Arena and separate Ampitheatre. I would be quite happy to stay again should I return to Arles

The building was beautiful. It is a very short walk to the Arena, river, and of course the history of Van Gogh.

The hotel arranged a taxi to come pick us up at the train station when none were available.

We absolutely loved Arles and of all the hotels we stayed in during our two weeks in Provence, this one was our hands-down favorite.

As others have said, the location is ideal and the staff were very helpful. We had a really nice sized room especially given the location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, great location-very nice staff. Room was very comfortable for 4 adults…very safe area-well lit at night. Front desk assisted will medical needs and room was very clean. Great spot for families.

The hotel is well located inside the walls of old Arles. The staff is courteous, helpful, and considerate. The breakfast is very good. As far as amenities, there are none, but then this is a small hotel, not a resort spa. Parking is bad anywhere in old town Arles - in other words, everyone except the residents must park outside the town walls and walk to their hotel, usually about 5 minutes from Park Centre parking. If that's a problem you should book a hotel outside of the old town and walk in to visit. This is the second stay for my wife and me and we will stay here again the next time we are in Arles.

For the most part we loved the property. However late in the night, outside our window was someone loading garbage and the room was pretty tiny. The staff was great, the location wonderful and the interior of the hotel beautiful

The hotel is overall very nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room looked like it could do with some re-decoration, and there was a persistent smell coming from the bathroom drains - we were on the ground floor so this may be something the hotel could not help. Breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced. Well located for all tourist sights

We all loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. We didn't have time for breakfast but it looked excellent. Very helpful staff advised us on local restaurants.
