5 year old absolutely loved the pool. The staff here is amazing. The staff reminds me of how hotels used to be. Everyone is nice and friendly, and you can tell they enjoy working for this hotel.

Overall great stay. Love the bottom floor west side, parking in front of room. Love the ducks in the canal. Great coffee. Very clean property, great staff. We loved our stay. We will be back.

This is our third visit here and we have enjoyed it each time. We will definitely continue to stay here when needed. Breakfast has many options and tastes great! The Pool is like a mini waterpark, great for kids and fun for the adults too. Highly recommend without any hesitation!

My husband and children encountered an elderly gentleman who was not friendly at all in the pool area. Which made my girls scared to swim. The younger gentleman who worked was friendly. If you’re going to be grouchy at children time to retire or find a job you like that doesn’t envolve children. But we loved the decorations in the room and the hot tub in the room. Breakfast area didn’t have enough room for us to sit and eat certain hours.

We were super excited about the pool and booked this hotel because of it! The pool was closed for maintenance and we were out of luck because we booked through Expedia and so the hotel was not able to offer us any discount.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Staff states they called, which they may have, but no voicemail was left. Staff seemed very unapologetic. Told me I could contact Expedia (who I didn’t even book with) for a possible refund, but as it was already 5 pm and my family had already drove 8 hours that day, the last thing I was in the mood for was a long phone call to get my money back and then going to find another hotel. The entire reason for my choosing of this hotel was for the pool, as we are on a long road trip with young kids, and thought it would be a fun break for them.
