One night stay in transit thru SG. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Great location, right at the Singapore Changi airport. Lots of activities and shopping just a walk out train ride away. I also used Singapore MRT to g go to Chinatown. Very convenient.

I Always stay here on route to Oz/Nzl- an oasis after exhausting longhaul travels & always a wonderful welcome back from the club lounge team. Thank you

A very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. The room was immaculate and large. We really enjoyed our down time at the bar that had very generous happy hour. We also enjoyed dinner that night in the Italian restaurant. We would definitely recommend this location.

This lovely hotel has fabulous rooms and great pool and the very easy access to Terminal 3 and also to visit the Jewel made our stay comfortable and convenient. Lovely helpful staff as well, thank you

Beautiful hotel located inside Terminal 1. Perfect for an overnight stopover. Room was large with excellent bathroom and comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel. The evening buffet is no longer available but the onsite restaurant is great.

Loved the runway view. Would have been even better from a higher floor. Room was very comfortable and nice breakfast with plenty of choice.

Loved the location at first I had difficult time finding I called hotel and was able to get directions. The staff was amazing very helpful the concierge staff very knowledgeable I utilized their services a lot. Amazing bathroom amazing view. My favorite the outdoor rooftop pool and the breakfast in the mornings. On check out day I did check out early to give the cleaning crew some time to get the room ready for the next guest. I was hanging out in the lobby after breakfast awaiting for my scheduled shuttle service. I was approached by a very aggressive security guard not cool. I’m glad I have a calm demeanor because this individual was very aggressive with his behavior very rude wanting to create drama where it need not be. I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt that he had me mixed up with someone else. I had a three day stay so I’m sure my image was all over their security cameras. He insisted that someone had flagged me and called security he never really explained why my guess that person felt threatened by the presence of a black woman. If so that may be I was not the one. Even though I experienced the incident I enjoyed my stay but I would caution on racial profiling even in Singapore so sad.

Right in the airport, convenient and accessible to places to go to using Skytrain and MRT. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Always puts a smile on their faces and we feel very welcome. The place is clean and spacious

Room was spacious and clean. Eco-friendly with no more water in PET bottles rather with safe tap drinking water.

The best airport hotel I have stayed at. The staff is helpful. The pool is amazing. It takes four minutes to swim along the edge of the pool; great for getting rid of jet lag. And the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from additional restaurants in the terminal.

Lovely stay, room was beautiful. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Slept great. Pool was amazing and best buffet breakfast we have ever had!! Would definitely go back!!

Love the location as it is only 3 stations, or 20 mins, away from the TPE airport. The neighbourhood is not busy so you could be disappointed if you want to go to some traditional Taiwan night market. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again

Best hotel ever...next tk an airport

This must be my best hotel experience since the COVID-19 days. This hotel had displayed its best endeavour in pursuing customer satisfaction though its people. As my otherwise twisted travel plan caused by a 3rd party on-line booking agent which was finally rescued by the hotel staffs. This hotel used its action demonstrated its wish to be among the best hotels in the world! One lesson that I have learnt from this is that if one wants a trouble free staying is to book directly with the hotel itself!

Wonderful quick overnight stay in a easy location

We arrived in the morning (Singapore time) after a 12 hour flight that left us a bit tired and bedraggled. The front desk was extremely kind and accomodating, offering us early access to our room. This was just what we needed to rest before our next trip. Location in the airport terminal was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

I reserved two nights for my stay for business and yet the first day arrival was almost mid night. It is very convenience to take train indoor from T1 to T3 where the hotel is located, and I stayed with Club Floor and have access to Club Lounge. Breakfast is good and has variety of choices for egg dishes, freshly made. I have rent a car during my trip and the carpark is just below the hotel, max 5 mins walk, so convenient. They gladly extended my check out to 1pm where I can finish my swimming before heading back. Lounge is free entry until 9pm amd so I can always grab my drink and some snacks.
