Room was not ready for us. We needed to get dressed for a wedding. When we finally got into the room it was filthy. We only had 1 towel and only 1 pillow. The front desk staff was kind and were working very hard. But the cleaning staff needs to be reevaluated.

This hotel was okay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The issue was there was no toilet paper and only one set of towels. When I went to the front desk they were polite and gave me another set of towels and toilet paper but they were out of tissue paper. They said the hotel is short on towels. A hotel of this size should not be short on towels or tissue paper. And the cleaning staff should know people use toilet paper. Other than these issues, my stay was okay.

The front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was a la carte which was a disappointment. But we were able to take a cup of coffee to go in the morning.

There was no hot tub yet a hot tub was advertised The restaurant seemed to operate for a few hours a day and at odd times that were not clear I was woken up by room service with do not disturb sign on my door I was woken up by other guests with dogs running through the hall I was woken up by other guest with children, running through the hall The room was incredibly clean When I first checked in the drapes would not go down at all, and the window was stuck open There was no shampoo or soap available to me in the bathroom and the only way to get that soap and shampoo was through a dispenser. They did not have bars of soap nor did they have small containers for shampoo, not go out and buy more shampoo. They simply said we don’t have it. The cable television stopped working in the middle of the night for an hour or so when I went down to the lobby to ask the person at the desk about it they said oh yeah, that happens all the time we can’t do anything about it You could read a book I paid a larger amount for this room because I wanted the hot tub but when I got there, there was not a working hot tub. The staff told me that the hot tub had never worked or at least that it had not worked for a very long time and they had tried to update the ad, but it would not update. I think that the owner is not updating the ad purposefully so that he or she can get more money for these rooms, that should be worth much less I would like my money back for this room

I have not been credited for my security deposit and we left our room very neat, everything left in our room that was in our room when we checked in. We were expecting more convenience and class being the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Dirty room bed never changed from the person before never clean worst experience ever for 160 dollars wouldn't stay here for free. Holiday inn should close this place. Our bed had been slept in and there was empty liquor bottles in the room movedu room smelled like dog pee.

My issue is with Hotels.com Using their filters, this hotel was an option for a hot tub and breakfast included. That is why I booked this hotel. When we got there, the hot tub was out of service & found out breakfast is available as an option and extra cost in the restaurant but not included in the room cost. The hotel offered everything we needed but nothing that we wanted as an upgade. Disappointed.

The second time they asked to look in our freezer for a prior guest. Breakfast was not open at 7am, I was told they were waiting for the server to show up. The third floor and wreaked of marijuana. The tile floors were cracked and in need of mopping.
