Location is tough to beat. Staff there were extremely welcoming.

The hotel was not adapted for parking, the front parking was not easy to understand when we could park and how long we could park. Thankfully there was a underground parking near it that you can pay for overnight (it was 25$ tho...) The room was cheap tho and did have everything for a night. We simply needed a place to sleep after the Piknik at parc jean drapeu and for that they did great.

The place is a dive.

When I arrived I was given a room where the door didn't lock and the room was very old so I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and they gave me another room that was cleaner and had new windows. On the first two nights there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs bedroom, people would drop heavy things in the middle of the night and the floor made a lot of noise and the person in the upstairs bedroom would always go to the bathroom all night walking like a elephant. In addition there was a couple fighting that happened on the second day in the early hours of the morning. My advice is, pay a little more and get more comfort and a noise-free room.

Property needs to require every basic amenities changes starting from 1. Give enough space on toilet seat. 2. Put clean bed sheets. 3. Have staff available in neat and tidy to meet customer.

The location was fine. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and my room was poor.

There is NOTHING to like about this hotel. Staff inconsiderate and less than human. We along with a large Spanish family with small children and babies were forced to wait outside in frigid temperatures before this 'person' would allow us to enter the hotel at the time of his choosing. Then the room was dirty and cold with a portable heater that did not work. I have stayed in 3rd world places that were far superior in cleanliness and amenities.... at least they had soap and toilet paper....NEVER enter this place again.... should be pulled from the Expedia site.... this hotel tarnishes your reputation...... AMEN!

It looked like a sting room

I walked here in daylight but wouldn't do so at night. Very convenient for Uber. Didn't have a VISA so had to pay cash for a deposit... Wouldn't take a MasterCard? Room had no amenities other than a TV (including no coffee/tea). Also.... No shower curtain? So the floor gets wet and only a bottle of 3-in-1. It was a good price but didn't hit the mark for me

The room I reserved was supposed to be a standard with two beds but I end up getting a standard room with one bed and trò thin foldable foam to sleep on the floor

Terrible

Don't reserve in summer thinking air conditioning will help. This place sucks for AC. No air circulating, impossible to sleep at night.

Property was pretty dirty and in bad condition. Beds were falling apart and they put buckets underneath to prop it up. Ac was handing out of the window with duck tape. Recommend to stay elsewhere.

Excellent location. Bedroom was warm, and so was the shower water. The bedroom had cable tv. The staff was impeccable. The downside is the internet is a bit slow. Also a more thorough cleaning would be better.
