I have stayed here about 4 times now. This time I was in room 28, which had a double bed. Just enough room around the bed, the ensuite was small and you would have to shut the door to sit on the toilet, otherwise you would be observed from the bed on the toilet! Rail to hang clothes and other drawers to store clothes/items. No shelf in ensuite to put toiletries. TV good as well as wifi. There is lots of choice to eat out within 10-15 minute walk or closer. However there was no hot water in basin, and also on my previous visit there no hot water in the shower (in the room I was in). Maybe check this when you first get to the room. Free parking space available.

The hotel was exactly as was advertised, great customer service, polite, informative, welcoming, and professional. The only gripe was the fact that I had to pay an additional amount upon arrival to park my vehicle in their car park, that should have been included in the price. The breakfast was an optional extra as well. This worked out to be £40 per day for a party of four, I think that was a bit expensive.

Our room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was very small but sufficient for our three night stay. No lift which was ok for us but maybe a problem for others.

Bad bits first Not everything is included in the price, on the surface seems reasonable but add £10 for parking and £8 each for breakfast it soon finds parity with other hotels in the area Shower was not adjustable Apart from that, room was big, bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Location is handy for triangle and Bournemouth town center as well as the west cliff and beaches.. overall ok

It was a last minute booking to crash over and see Bournemouth’s last home game of 2023/24 season. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and served my purpose of a quick overnight stay. I’d recommend it for a quick stay.

Very nice B+B style of hotel. Close to restaurants, the town centre and beach.Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Deluxe room was smallish, especially the bathroom, but had everything needed. Road noise was quite noticeable, even at night and early in the morning. Lovely garden area to sit in and enjoy an early evening drink (the bar isn’t open later in the evening). Great to have on-site parking and reasonable at £10 a night.

As always, a pleasant stay. Been staying here for the last 3 years each time we visit our Son at Uni. Friendly, happy staff. This is our stay at place when visiting Bournemouth.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and everything within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and understanding, help quickly resolve a payment issue that I made incorrectly.

Room smelt of Body Odour. Bathroom smelt musty. Restaurent was closed. Bar had no tonic water. Receptionist not very helpful.

Lovely setting for tea in the side garden. Huge TV in the lounge to watch Wimbleton. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

Stayed here a few times before, hence why I am back. Good greeting from staff, good room, comfortable bed, single room (room 14), still with a table & chair to sit at. Fan in room, which was needed on the day I arrived. Small ensuite, but usable. Free parking at venue.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 3-day stay . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and helpful, which made our stay one to fondly remember.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful one night stay and a really good breakfast. Our only issue was the pillows were quite flat. I am sure if we had noticed this and asked to change them itwould not have been a problem but we didn'trealise until bed time. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I booked this hotel because of it's very high rating: sadly, I don't think it was justified. I had a huge room on the ground floor: there was a massive double and a single bed. The "double" bed was a 6 footer, but the mattress was very lumpy and far too soft. I'd have been happy with a smaller bed and a comfortable mattress. The room looked as though it was recently refurbished and the bathroom was added: however, one had to shut the door to access the toilet: a folding door would have solved that problem. The shower had a very strong water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast has to be ordered the night before: it was remarkably good value. The coffee was excellent, although porridge was not! This is a family run establishment and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location is near the beach and there are plenty of eateries in the vicinity.

Tiny room, bed comfy, shower doors became detached on rail, main light in bedroom had blown, unable to open bathroom window. Bathroom rail fixed, though repair man was unable to fix main light, bed side lamp working. Tired towels. Staff very friendly, the garden lovely with excellent free parking. Fantastic location close to beach and city centre.

Clean and decor very stylish. Short walk to all the amenities .The only downside is the doors to the reception aren't open till check in at two so ater a long journey be prepared to find a toilet before hand if u arrive early. Would definitely stay again

Very good location and free parking during the stay. Greeted by a nice lady who came out to the “reception area” and checked us in. The place has a nice decor and carpet but the bar was disappointing with nothing on tap and just drinks in a fridge and was only open until 8.30pm on a Saturday night. Our double room was small to say the least and the rooms are very close to each other (which did wake up us early this morning when someone knocked next door but sounded like they were knocking our door). As soon as we were in the room, (the door almost touches the bed when opened) we could smell paint. We asked if we could move rooms or get a refund as the fumes were affecting my wife and the nice lady from downstairs came up but said she couldn’t smell anything and that there were no rooms available and no refund would be issued. My wife and I spent the next 7 hours out in Bournemouth with the window wide open and the fan on full blast facing the window. Upon our return, the smell was less obvious so we could at least get some sleep. The bed wasn’t great, not bad but mattresses were springy and the pillows were awful. My wife brings her own pillow so she was smug. The bathroom was nicely done but again very small. We paid £130 for the night and it wasn’t good value I’m afraid. This morning, when we checked out, no one was in the “reception area” so we left our keys in a tray and left. Generally disappointing and feel misled by the photos on hotels.com.

Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was very good. Hotel is in great location for an easy walk into the city centre. The room was clean and very well decorated. I’d definitely stay here again
